01遵守相关规章制度

Comply with Relevant Rules and Regulations

1.遵守宿舍管理规定。离开学校前报备去向，确保于每晚10点30分前归寝，不留宿校外或他人寝室。

1.You shall comply with dormitory management regulations. Report your destination before leaving school and ensure that you return to the dormitory before 22:30 pm every night. Do not stay outside of school or in other dormitories without permission.

2.留校留学生遵守寝室管理相关规定，服从管理，确保安全。如外宿或者离开嘉兴市必须提前跟班主任与值班老师请假，并办理相关请假手续。

2. International students staying on campus shall comply with relevant dormitory management regulations, obey management, and ensure your own safety. If staying out or leaving Jiaxing, it is necessary to ask for leave to your own teacher and the teacher on duty in advance, and complete the relevant procedures. After returning to school, the relevant application forms should be submitted.

3.遵守当地国家的法律法规。不参加非法活动及任何危害当地国家安全、社会公共利益或扰乱社会秩序的活动。不饮酒，不做打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒、传播、贩卖非法图书音像制品等违反治安管理规定的行为；不到歌厅、酒吧等复杂娱乐场所活动；不参与非法传销或从事影响大学生形象的活动。

3.You shall comply with local national laws and regulations. Do NOT participate in illegal activities or any activities that contribute to local national security and social public interests, or disrupt social order. Do NOT engage in alcohol, fights, gambling, drug abuse, or disseminate, traffick in illegal books and audiovisual products or other violations of public security management regulations; do NOT participate in illegal activities in entertainment venues; participate in illegal pyramid schemes, engage in activity impacting the image of college students.

4.不组织或参加任何被认为不符合留学生身份的活动。不在校园内参加或举行任何传教或宗教活动。

4. Do NOT organize or participate in any activities that are considered inconsistent with the identity as international students. Do NOT participate in or hold any missionary or religious activities on campus.

02生活及财产安全

Living and Property Safety

1.合理安排日常作息，养成健康的生活习惯，保持身心健康，进行适当的体育锻炼，确保一日三餐饮食卫生。如学习、生活、情感等方面遇到心理困惑时，积极向老师寻求帮助。

1. Arrange your daily schedule well, develop healthy living habits and keep physical and mental health. Do appropriate physical exercise and ensure a hygienic diet for three meals a day. If you encounter difficulties or confusions in study, life, relationships etc., please consult your college teacher or supervisor for help in time.

2.注意用电及防火安全。寝室内不私拉乱接电源电线，不使用大功率电器，不在寝室内使用明火或电饭煲等烧煮食物。外出时锁好门窗，切断电源。不使用劣质充电器，不在寝室铺设地毯等易燃物，严防火灾。

2. Pay attention to electricity and fire safety. Do NOT connect power cord sets in the dormitory without permission, do NOT usehighpower electrical appliances, and do NOT use open flames or rice cookers to cook food in the dormitory. Lock doors and windows when going out, and cut offthe power supply. Do NOT use low-quality chargers and do NOT lay carpets or other flammable materials in the dormitory.

3. 增强网络安全意识。对不熟悉的网络社群不接触不参与；不造谣不信谣不传谣；增强金融风险防范意识。提高警惕，防止电信诈骗。注意保护个人信息，警惕各类电信诈骗和网络诈骗，发现有问题及时报警。

3. Pay attention to the security on the Internet. Do NOT participate in unfamiliar online communities; do NOT create, believe, or spread rumors online; enhance awareness of financial risk. Be vigilant to prevent telecommunications fraud. Pay attention to protecting personal information, be wary of all types of telecommunications and Internet fraud, and call the police promptly if there is any problem.

03出行安全

Traffic Safety

在外保管好个人财物，不乘坐无营运证或超载的交通工具，不酒后驾驶机动车，不驾驶无牌无证机动车（电动自行车）；大雾、大雨等灾害天气减少外出。如外出旅游，尽量结伴而行，避免随意与陌生人交朋友，保管好私人物品和重要证件。

Keep personal belongings well when you are outside. Do NOT take overloaded vehicles or those without licenses, do NOT drive motor vehicles after drinking alcohol, and do NOT drive unlicensed motor vehicles (or electric bicycles); stay at home if possible on the heavy foggy or heavy rainy days or days with other disaster weather. If you are traveling, try to travel with trusty friends or family members, do NOT trust strangers easily, and keep your personal belongings and important documents like passports and ID cards safe.
