目标及范围
This special issue invites articles that view resilience from a communicative lens that explore both the benefits and the challenges posed by the process of resilience. To support this investigation, we are inviting manuscripts that are theoretically, conceptually, methodologically, and empirically diverse in nature. Articles could look at the emergent nature of resilience and how it evolves with shifting organizational dynamics. They could focus on power, intersectionality, and resilience, especially decolonizing resilience in organizations. Other important topics include those of leadership and resilience, especially discourse around who shapes the narrative of normalcy. Emotional work, conflict management, and tensional approach to understanding resilience processes are other key topics that can enhance this special issue.
