She has always adhered to the motto 'Diligently seek knowledge, forge ahead,' continuously striving for progress on the path of learning. She not only aims for personal growth but also seeks to set an example for her peers, becoming an academic 'leading goose' and a 'pioneer' in social practice. She is Yasai Dai, a student from Class 1 grade 2022 of Finance Program of bachelors’ degree.
I. Laying the Foundation with Hard Study to Strive as the 'Leading Goose'
Yasai understands that learning is the primary task of students. Since her freshman year, she has efficiently utilized every day, paying close attention in class, actively participating in discussions, and emphasizing independent thinking after class to integrate and apply her knowledge. By participating in knowledge competitions and the Finance Co-Construction Class, she broadened her academic horizons. Through her relentless efforts, she ranked in the top ten of her major for several consecutive semesters and won numerous honors such as the 'First-Class Scholarship,' 'Three-Merits Student,' and the 'Provincial Government Scholarship.'
II. Taking Social Practice as the Core to Be the 'Pioneer'
Dai Yasai is equally proactive in social practice. In her freshman year, she participated in a public welfare activity titled 'Caring for Children with Autism,' where she designed and taught courses on handicrafts and painting for the children. Faced with their special needs, she patiently guided them, building a bridge of communication with smiles and encouragement. Although the process was challenging, every smile on the children's faces made her feel that all her efforts were worthwhile.
In her sophomore year, she actively participated in a social practice delivering meals to elderly people living alone. Walking several kilometers daily, she delivered warm meals to the hands of these seniors. These experiences taught her that social responsibility stems from small accumulations and that compassion is the most powerful bond.
III. Driving Innovation Practice to Write the Answer Sheet of Youth
Yasai also excelled in subject competitions. Through continuous learning and practice, she won third prize in a provincial financial challenge competition and achieved outstanding results in the college’s career planning competition. These experiences not only taught her how to transform theoretical knowledge into practical applications but also honed her innovative ability and logical thinking skills.

Looking back on her college years, Yasai deeply feels that every effort and dedication has strengthened her belief: youth shines because of struggle and is vivid because of warmth. Through excellent academic achievements, she gained knowledge and accomplishments; through social practices, she experienced care and responsibility; and through competitions, she refined her skills and mind. All these accumulations have ultimately formed the foundation of her growth.
