欧洲大学学院（EUI）法学院和《国际经济法杂志》（Journal of International Economic Law）拟于2024年5月6日（周一）北京时间16:00-22:00（欧洲中部时间10:00am-16:00）举办关于《国际法与全球能源转型》研讨会。
2023年《国际经济法杂志》国际能源法专刊（Volume 26, Issue 4, December 2023）的作者们将分享他们发表的论文，EUI法学院和其他高校的同事将展开评议和讨论。本次研讨会将以线上（Zoom）+线下方式举行。您可以复制以下链接或通过文末“阅读原文”处报名：https://www.eui.eu/events?id=569268。期待您的参与讨论！
国际法是如何影响去化石燃料的能源转型的？这一转型给国际法和国际律师带来了什么影响？这些问题该如何解决？结合上述研究问题，在2023年《国际经济法杂志》国际能源法专刊的导言部分，编辑Oliver Hailes和Jorge E. Viñuales提出，“将全球能源治理问题从国际法律学术辩论的边缘回归到中心”。
本次研讨会旨在专刊的基础上继续展开讨论。本次研讨会由四个环节组成——基础、形式、摩擦和前沿——专刊作者将分享他们的研究成果，并继续与编辑、受邀作者和研讨会参与者进行对话。研讨会的目的是跟进研讨会提出的重要问题，共同探索未来研究的方向，并促进与从事能源相关法律问题的国际和欧盟法律师的对话。
