这个案子来自熟悉的老客户的推荐介绍，与屋主初步沟通，我们便提炼了新家的关键词，舒适大气是为最基本的前提。其次，我们是否能对大空间有全局的把控、以及兼顾生活细节的平衡，现场的落地及后续跟踪服务都是屋主看重的点。沟通之后，我们对屋主目前的居所进行了家访，以及对土建完毕的住宅进行了现场勘查，重新根据需求，将繁复细碎的空间进行了整合以及动线的梳理。

房屋坐落在渝北区江湾，山城步道，智慧公园，周边自然环境安宁平静。因此，该住宅的设计灵感来源于对周围自然环境的深刻理解，旨在打造一个人与自然秩序井然的居住空间，从外观、材质及细节处，都透露出对环境的尊重与敬畏。
我们很难用单一的概念去概括风格，这个空间是自然、温暖的，同时带着浓厚的情绪。我们以独特的色彩搭配、混合轻古典的元素，展现了法式折衷主义的迷人魅力，同时融入屋主本人的生活方式以及考虑建筑的在地性等，创造出这个别具一格的居住空间。

根据屋主用车的情况，我们重新优化了车库的开间尺寸，同时让入户大门的体量感得到了很好的表达。Based on the homeowner's use of the car, we have re optimized the size of the garage and effectively conveyed the sense of volume of the entrance door.

车库入户正厅*进门的双动线，其一可以直接步入客厅，也可以通过电梯直接抵达主卧，秩序井然。洄游动线不仅串联了玄关、鞋帽间、西厨、客厅，更有了竖向的互通，让空间的行走路线变得灵活丰满。 The double entry line allows one to directly enter the living room or reach the master bedroom via the elevator, in a well-organized manner. The migratory route not only connects the entrance hall, shoe and hat room, western kitchen, and living room, but also has vertical interconnectivity, making the walking path of the space flexible and full.｜负二楼客厅区域

负二楼是一个相对开放的区域，通过下沉式花园，使自然光线、空气在室内自由流通，植被在花园里自由生长，他们为客厅的舒适提供了情绪的治愈。Although the size of the garden is not large, a miniature plant landscape can create a connection between humans and nature, making the living room space more peaceful.![]()

这层楼的客厅，更像是生活的延展。整体的布局、功能，都是未来生活方式的方向。当下屋主对高品质生活的追求，也使得这个空间被赋予了全新的生命。This living room is more like an extension of life. The overall layout and functionality are the direction of future lifestyle. 大开间里，包含客厅、西厨岛台等混合共享型的功能，这样的布局考虑让别墅拥有了更多的气势和体量感。除此之外，挑空的设计也让上下层有了互动，以及延续性的感官体验。In the spacious room, there are mixed and shared functions such as a living room and a west kitchen island, which gives the villa more momentum and volume. In addition, the hollowed out design also provides interaction between the upper and lower levels, as well as a continuous sensory experience.![]()

空间的基底是带着优雅与慵懒的，软装上，采用了复古、质朴的材质去做层次的变化。没有特定的风格，但设计师巧妙的运用了黄铜、木料、玻璃等元素去书写了法式折衷主义的灵魂。The foundation of the space is elegant and lazy, with a soft decoration that uses retro and rustic materials to create layered changes. There is no specific style, but the designer cleverly used elements such as brass, wood, and glass to write the soul of French eclecticism. ![]()

整体纯净、质朴，很少使用鲜艳的色彩，但天然的纹理依然在客厅中巧妙的碰撞。无论是具有肌理感的瓷砖，还是被覆以木纹的承重柱，空间中所有的物品相互混搭，达到一种平衡的美。Overall pure and rustic, rarely using bright colors, but natural textures still cleverly collide in the living room. 岛台和用餐区都被轻柔的法式赋予了松弛的优雅，从楼梯上俯瞰，真的是很美的视觉感官。尤其是，深浅之间形成了非常特别的对比，天然大理石的纹理和深色椅垫，层次的跳跃超出了设计的想象。The island platform and dining area are both endowed with a relaxed elegance by the gentle French style. Looking down from the stairs, it is truly a beautiful visual experience. Especially, there is a very special contrast between the depth and shade, with natural marble textures and dark chair cushions, and the jumping of layers exceeds the design's imagination.![]()

扶手楼梯拥有曼妙的曲线，同时带着精致的镂空。它好像和光影成了最佳伙伴，自然光通过镂空和别致的转折照射进来，相映成趣，为室内空间创造出了丰富的情绪。The handrail staircase has graceful curves and exquisite hollowing out. It places Buddha and light and shadow as the best companions, and natural light shines through the hollow and unique turns, creating rich emotions for the indoor space.

在梳理了功能，整合了多层楼的结构之后，在负一楼设计了半层挑空的形式，垂直修长的落地窗，巧妙将自然的灵动引入室内，也使空间更加通透大气。After sorting out the functions and integrating the structure of the multi-storey building, a half floor overhanging form is designed on the first floor of the basement. The vertical and slender french window ingeniously introduce the natural flexibility into the interior, and also make the space more transparent and atmospheric.

每一件家具，都像是散落在法式空间里的点睛之笔，或是带着灵动之姿，或是从容恣意，充满设计感，那么恰好的融合在一起。Each piece of furniture is like a finishing touch scattered in a French space, either with a lively posture or a calm and unrestrained style, full of design sense, so perfectly integrated together.

这层的开放区域主要是以书房连带一个小客厅的功能布局，沙发以围合式为主，对空间的布置也更偏向自然。与负二楼的客厅不同，空间从“外向型”的展示，逐渐转向“对内的探索”。The open area on this floor is mainly designed with a functional layout of a study room and a small living room. The sofas are mainly enclosed, and the layout of the space is more natural. Unlike the living room on the second floor, the space has gradually shifted from an "outward oriented" display to an "inward exploration".

木质的书架、书桌，让空间散发出岁月沉淀的气息。我们想要描绘的，正是对新家温暖的美好愿景，更是一场流动的盛宴。
The wooden bookshelves and desks give the space a sense of the accumulation of time. What we want to depict is a beautiful vision of warmth for our new home, and more importantly, a flowing feast.
这次的宅邸设计，从艺术、叙事层面，都有不同的探索。无论是空间色调，还是自由摆放的家具，空间营造的慵懒氛围，都让优雅的感觉随之而来。这也是昱辰对不同设计的理解。而更多的设计细节，我们会在第二期做详细的介绍，请关注我们下一期的推送。
