THE LAY OUT AND TRANSFORMATION

本案原始为一个四居室的精装房，我们在尽量不做结构性改动的前提下，摈弃精装房的“刻板标签”，转而探索互动关系、生活情景、居住体验。同时大胆尝试突破，打开一间房屋，让书房的形式多样化，形成了整个公共区域的亲子互动动线。空间有了新的打开方式，也得到更为舒适的生活体验。
整个空间多运用质感漆、石材、木质等自然材料，给人的感觉是淡雅古朴，虽少有修饰，却能在不经意间营造出东方悠然惬意的氛围。与此同时，尽可能增加收纳，用体块化的设计手法将展示和收藏形成对比，挥洒自如的进行融合，兼具功能性及审美特性。

同一材质和色调，轻松将生活场景进行连接

入户视角，从玄关再延伸至餐厨区。以“盒子”的概念打造多个收纳区，通过色彩、材质和结构的转变，从空间中再剥离出单独的区域，石材的肌理与极简的木材形成了完整的空间形态，从入户便有了强烈的存在感。
From a household perspective, extend from the foyer to the dining and kitchen area. Using the concept of "boxes" to create multiple storage areas, separate areas are separated from the space through changes in color, material, and structure. The texture of stone and minimalist wood form a complete spatial form, giving a strong sense of presence from the moment you enter the house.
开放式厨房的设计，消除了空间的局促感，考虑到屋主待客、亲友聚会等，选择圆桌和西厨吧台进行深度融合，非常符合传统意义上的用餐习惯。
The design of an open kitchen eliminates the sense of cramped space, taking into account the homeowner's hospitality, family and friend gatherings, and deeply integrating the round table and Western kitchen bar, which is very in line with traditional dining habits.
餐厨区大量运用了白色和木材的对比，比如几何状的置物架、白色的质感漆、大理石材，形成了几个不同的块面，干净，利落，迅速展现出空间张力。临近客厅的转角处，又运用到了圆弧等细节处理，弱化了转角的锐利感。
The dining and kitchen area extensively utilizes a contrast between white and wood, such as geometric shelves, white textured paint, and marble stones, forming several different block surfaces that are clean, neat, and quickly display spatial tension. Near the corner of the living room, details such as arcs were applied to weaken the sharpness of the corner.
值得注意的是，餐厨与客厅区域的顶面都有大梁穿过，我们运用灯光和材质的穿插，收掉梁柱，以柔化的灯光作为设计语言临摹出空间的边界。
It is worth noting that there are large beams passing through the top surfaces of the kitchen and living room areas. We use lighting and material interweaving to remove the beams and columns, and use softened lighting as the design language to copy the boundaries of the space.
客厅具有包容性、融合性，具有多个功能分区，也适应不同的生活场景。 大量的木质材料天然肌理结合了皮革、玻璃，让空间变得格外纯粹，和窗外的繁华都市形成鲜明的对比。
茶室是屋主非常喜欢的区域，坐在窗边可以看到这座城市的另一面，繁华与宁静在此刻交融。茶室营造了一种宁静致远的感觉，只运用了茶台，木椅，一套别致的茶具。身后，摆放了屋主珍藏的茶具、茶饼和家人的书籍和摆件，温度、匠心与自然气息在此间结合。
The tea room is a favorite area for homeowners. Sitting by the window, you can see the other side of the city, where prosperity and tranquility blend in at this moment. The tea room creates a sense of tranquility and distance, using only a tea table, wooden chairs, and a unique set of tea utensils.
经过反复斟酌，书房选择了完全开放的形态。这是大胆突破，探索互动关系的情景化的设计体现，通过对大空间的完美利用，实现了一家三口更多的互动。对于收纳的考量，我们注重物品的数量和排列方式，以此营造更适合的这个家的收纳方式。
主卧室是休息空间，静谧的氛围必不可少。皮质的软包搭配拼接的床头背景，构筑了柔和的空间美学。当阳光穿过薄纱进入室内，展现了温柔的意境。
The bedroom is a resting area, and a peaceful atmosphere is essential. The design of the bedside features black leather as a soft package and a wooden background with different levels of coordination, creating a unique and soft space.

B 儿童房
儿童房童趣无垠，温情脉脉。从圆润包裹的床体，软包的窗台，到渲染的紫色背景，都让空间重归天真和纯粹。
The children's room is full of childlike fun and warm emotions. From the rounded wrapped bed, the soft windowsill, to the rendered purple background, all bring the space back to innocence and purity.
