the moscow international film festival is one of the oldest in the world.
於8月30日、9月2日在莫斯科 karo 11 oktyabr 影院舉行放映。
for the first time the festival was held in 1935 with sergei eisenstein as chairman of the jury.

莫斯科国际电影节（Moscow International Film Festival）创办于1935年，是世界上历史第二悠久的国际电影节（仅次于创办于1932年的威尼斯国际电影节），同时也是俄罗斯（前苏联）最大的国际电影节、世界最重要的国际电影节之一。原本是15个国际A类电影节之一，每两年举办一次，1999年起改为一年一届。
莫斯科国际电影节原定7月举行，1979年为了纪念苏联电影事业诞生60周年，改为8月举行，为期两周左右，地点在俄罗斯莫斯科，电影节的主要目的是通过放映具有艺术价值和思想内容的影片，促进各国电影工作者交流经验和相互合作。
