2024年11月3日上午8:00，中央民族大学附属中学红河州实验学校第六届初中英语共美课程“人文素养，国际视野”主题汇报表演在学校其美堂隆重举行。
At 8:00 a.m. on November 3rd，2024, the 6th Junior English Co-perfection Curriculum Performance themed “Humanistic Literacy，International Perspective” was held in the Qimei Hall of The High School Affiliated to Minzu University of China, Honghe Experimental School.
此次演出旨在总结本阶段英语共美课程学习成果，展现学生对中西方文化的理解，鼓励学生用英语讲好中国故事，传承中华优秀传统文化，不断提升学生的英语核心素养。除我校师生观看演出外，本次汇演也邀请了“兄弟学校”个旧十三中和个旧十五中的学生和教师代表观看演出。
The performance aims to summarize the learning achievements of the English at this stage and show students’ understanding of Chinese and Western cultures. It encourages students to tell Chinese stories well, inherits excellent Chinese culture and constantly improves students’core English literacy. Meanwhile, the students and teacher representatives from Gejiu No. 13 Middle School and Gejiu No. 15 Middle School were also invited to watch the performance.
本届英语汇报表演中，初中部五位主持人纯正流利的口语让全体师生徜徉在语言的海洋中。他们得体的主持，引领我们体验了一场完美的听视觉盛宴。
In this English performance, the pure and fluent spoken language of the five hosts from Grade7 and Grade8 had all the teachers and students wandering in the sea of English language. Their decent hosting led us to experience a perfect visual and auditory feast.
学生们精心排练的11个节目紧密围绕“人文素养，国际视野——青春逐梦扬国粹，世界同辉展未来”，演出内容以全英文的形式，涵盖英语话剧表演、情景剧、歌曲演唱、配音等,充分体现了学生们对优秀中西方文化的浓厚学习兴趣。同时，这也让我校的学生们对“各美其美，美美与共”的教育理念有了更深刻的理解。
The 11 programs carefully rehearsed by the students were all presented in English, closely centering on "Humanistic Literacy, International Perspective--Individual Dreams, National Dreams and World Dreams.", covering English drama performance, song singing, dubbing, etc., which fully reflects the students' strong interest in learning excellent Chinese and Western cultures. At the same time, it also enabled the students to have a deeper understanding of our school's educational philosophy of "Perfection of Each Makes Perfection of All".
蕴含中国文化的舞台剧《木兰从军》塑造了一个勇敢坚毅、为国为民的巾帼英雄形象，演绎出了中国古代人民深厚的家国情怀。
The theatrical drama Mulan Joined the Army, which was full of Chinese elements, portrayed a heroic image of a brave and determined woman who loves everyone and her country, and showed the strong patriotism of ancient Chinese people.
节目合唱《有一天》，向大家展示了同学们对和平美好世界的渴望。
The program chorus One Day shows the students' strong desire for a peaceful and beautiful world.
舞台剧《经典永流传》呼吁我们传承和保护中国传统文化，增强文化自信。
The stage play Classic Last Forever calls on us that each of us has the responsibility to protect and inherit our Chinese culture, and enhance our cultural confidence.
舞台剧《李白》讲述了唐朝不朽的诗仙李白，他的诗作是灵魂的镜子，映照出我们最深的喜悦、最深刻的悲伤和最狂野的梦想。
The stage play Li Bai is about immortal Li Bai, the Poet Immortal of the Tang Dynasty. His poems are a mirror to the soul, reflecting our deepest joys, our most profound sorrows, and our wildest dreams.
舞台剧《十二生肖》生动形象的向我们讲述了十二个生肖的由来，生动趣味的舞蹈将现场氛围推到了高潮。
The stage play The Story of Chinese Zodiac vividly tells us the origin of the twelve Chinese zodiacs. What’s more, the lively and interesting dance pushes the atmosphere of the whole performance to the climax.
舞蹈《醒来》是一首充满力量的歌曲，它承载着希望、勇气和决心。
The dancing Wake is a powerful song that carries hope, courage, and determination.
在历史的长河中，无数的英雄为了祖国的繁荣富强奉献一切。舞台剧+合唱《为中华民族之崛起而读书》讲述了一个充满力量的故事，同学们饱含深情地演绎着，展现出他们崇高的爱国情怀与理想追求。最后的合唱《如愿》表达了我们对祖国最美好的祝福！
In the long river of history, countless heroes have dedicated themselves to the prosperity and strength of China. The stage play and chorus The Rise of China tells us a powerful story. Students are full of affectionate interpretation, showing their lofty patriotic feelings and ideal pursuit. The chorus As you wish expresses our best wishes to our motherland.
舞台剧《被误传的经典》深刻揭示：我们应珍视并守护传统文化之精髓，同时勇于在此坚实基础上开拓创新，而非为了一时欢愉而肆意歪曲改编。
The stage play Yes, classics! No mix deeply reveals that we should cherish and protect the essence of traditional culture, and have the courage to explore and innovate based on this solid foundation, instead of arbitrarily distorting for the sake of temporary pleasure.
小女孩萨曼莎有一个大大的梦想,但在她面前困难重重，她能否如愿实现自己的梦想呢？配音《小女孩，大梦想》鼓励我们下定决心，克服梦想道路上的重重困难，你就能完成任何事情。
Little girl, Samantha has a big dream, but there are too many difficulties on the road. Does she achieve her dream at last? The dubbing Little Girl, Big Dream encourages us that we can accomplish anything we set your mind to and overcome the difficulties.
舞台剧《嫦娥奔月》为我们讲述了中国古代一个著名的神话传说。如今，中国的探月工程让人类奔向月球成为可能。
The stage play Chang’e Flying to The Moon is a famous myth and legend in ancient China. Nowadays, China's lunar exploration project has made it possible for humans to explore the Moon.
演出在合唱《治愈世界》中走向尾声，视频中学生互相帮助、老师的耐心解答，温暖着在场的所有人。在这个动荡的时代，我们被迫体验战争的悲痛。所幸，我们不离不弃，彼此陪伴，若人人贡献一份力量，治愈这个世界的伤痛，世界就会愈加美好。
The performance ended with the chorus Heal the World. In the video, students help each other in time and teachers answer the questions patiently, which warm everyone in the present. At that time, we are forced to experience the sorrow of war. Luckily, we never abandon each other and accompany each other. If everyone gives their love to heal the pain of this world, the world will become even more beautiful.
在此次演出的最后，我们有幸邀请到英语教研组长——黄璇娴老师，对本次共美课程的汇报表演进行总结。
At the end of the performance, we have the honor to invite Ms. Huang Xuanxian, the English teaching and research leader, to summarize the performance.

英语共美课程汇报表演体现了学校“各美其美，美美与共”的核心理念,展示了我校学生的风采与活力，节目的准备和排练过程不但是学生提高英语应用能力过程，而且还极大地提升了学生的英语交际能力和人文素养，在学习中将英语的魅力展现得淋漓尽致。这次演出为我校初中学生搭建了锻炼自我、展示自我的舞台，锻炼了学生的英语口语交际能力，同时还提高了初中学生学习英语的信心以及积极性。
The performance reflects the core concept of the school “Perfection of Each Makes Perfection of All” and demonstrates the charm and vitality of our junior middle school students.The program is not only a process for students to improve their English application ability, but also greatly improves their English communication ability and humanistic quality in practice, having showed the charm of English thoroughly in their study. It truly has set up a stage for students to exercise themselves and show themselves, practices their oral English communication ability, having improved their confidence and enthusiasm in learning English.
我们将一如既往地开展英语共美教育，积极引导学生探索英语语言魅力和博大精深的中西方文化，不断提升学生的英语核心素养、人文素养，培养学生的国际视野。
We will continue to work hard to develop English language education, foster students’ English core literacy, spread the broad and profound Chinese culture and cultivate students’ humanistic literacy.
