2024年12月，匈牙利工商会常设仲裁院发布2025年至2027年推荐仲裁员名册，中伦文德胡百全（前海）联营律师事务所主任林威律师入选匈牙利工商会常设仲裁院外籍仲裁员名册，是本次外籍仲裁员名单中唯一入选的中国籍仲裁员。
匈牙利工商会常设仲裁院（Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry）成立于1949年，是匈牙利最主要的商事仲裁机构。在2017年仲裁法改革中，匈牙利能源仲裁院和金融仲裁院被合并至匈牙利工商会常设仲裁院，重组后的常设仲裁院负责理金融、能源及其他普通民商事纠纷，在国际仲裁领域享有盛誉。

In December 2024, the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced its recommended roll of arbitrators for the 2025–2027 term. Dr. Wei LIN, P.C.Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP, was appointed to the panel of foreign arbitrators, making him the sole Chinese arbitrator to be included in this category.
Established in 1949, the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) stands as Hungary’s leading institution for commercial arbitration. Following the 2017 arbitration law reform, the Hungarian Energy Arbitration Court and the Financial Arbitration Court were merged into the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the HCCI. This restructured body now oversees disputes in finance, energy, as well as general civil and commercial matters, earning a distinguished reputation in the realm of international arbitration.

With a particular focus on Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and other regions, he excels in managing complex cross-border investment and financing transactions as well as challenging international commercial disputes. Dr. Wei LIN currently serves as Vice Chair of the China International Investment Arbitration Forum (CIIAF).
