Research Technician / Lab Manager
We are looking to recruit a Research Technician / Lab Manager!
Responsibilities include animal colony management and animal protocol updates, routine molecular and cellular biological procedures such as immunohistochemistry, western blot, tissue fixation.
Experience in rodent handling and a strong interest in learning behavioral neuroscience approaches is preferred.
The candidate will also be responsible for lab administrative tasks including but not limited to: maintain and assure that safety regulations are observed and respected within the laboratory space, equipment inventory and maintenance of laboratory supplies (PPE, reagents, …) in sufficient quantities, general communication : lab meeting/journal clubs organization, guidance for new personnel through trainings. In addition, the individual will help maintaining computer network function for the lab members and manage data acquisition, storage, and analysis from major equipments.
