Duties


The Facility (FAC) Supply Clerk works under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the acquisition storage, inventory control and issuance of building maintenance supplies, repair parts and materials for the Facility Management Section.

Qualifications and Evaluations

  • Requirements:

  • EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience in supply/warehousing/expendables or property management is required.

  • Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma is required.

  • Evaluations:

  • LANGUAGE: 


    Good working knowledge speaking/reading/writing English is required. (This may be tested.)


    Good working knowledge speaking/reading/writing Chinese Mandarin is required.


    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Basic computer skills in MS-Office and data entry. (This may be tested.)


    IMPORTANT NOTE: you MUST list all languages proficiency (include Mandarin Chinese).

  • Locally Employed Staff, including Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in China may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.

    The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
