李熙军律师专注于境内企业在美国证券市场的首发上市、De-Spac上市及跨境并购、合规及争议解决。
李熙军自2006年起从事律师职业，已协助多家不同领域的境内公司在纳斯达克、纽交所进行首发上市、De-Spac上市，以及完成海外的重组与并购，同时，也涉及境外企业通过国际资本市场融资收购中国企业以及境外组建投资基金投资于中国产业。
李熙军律师凭借对境内外监管规则的深入理解，在境外上市架构设计、投资架构设计、跨境监管合规等领域有丰富经验与专业建树；致力于在法律业务、发展的前沿为企业提供优质的服务。
Attorney Li specializes in providing sophisticated legal services to domestic enterprises in the areas of U.S. initial public offerings (IPOs), De-SPAC listings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Since commencing his legal practice in 2006, Attorney Li has advised numerous domestic companies across diverse industries on successful IPOs and De-SPAC listings on NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange. His practice also encompasses facilitating overseas restructuring and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Moreover, he has substantial experience representing foreign enterprises in leveraging international capital markets to finance acquisitions of Chinese businesses and in structuring investment funds abroad to support investment in Chinese industries.
With a profound understanding of both domestic and international regulatory frameworks, Attorney Li has developed notable expertise in designing overseas listing and investment structures, as well as navigating complex cross-border compliance matters.
