关于 CC PMRE：
CC PMRE 是一个与德国柏林工程应用技术大学合作的研究和咨询平台，由 Regina Zeitner 教授和 Marion Peyinghaus 教授领导。研究课题由指导委员会和专业人员共同决定，指导委员会由地产行业的知名专家和管理人员组成，确保了研究项目的权威性与前瞻性。
The CC PMRE is a research and consulting platform in cooperation with the HTW Berlin and is headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Regina Zeitner and Prof. Dr. Marion Peyinghaus. The research topics are decided together with a steering committee and professionally accompanied. This steering committee is formed by renowned experts and managers from the real estate industry.
课题背景介绍
在过去几十年的发展过程中，有一句格言始终适用：“多即优势”。然而，时至今日，风向悄然生变，我们的目光已从“量”的累积转向了“质”的精炼，聚焦于“更少”的哲学之上。
但需明确的是，“少”绝非“无”的代名词。“少”可以带来快乐，创造自由，提供真正的附加值。
In the last few decades of growth, one motto has applied above all: More is More. Now a change is taking place in which the focus is on less.
But less does not necessarily mean doing without. Less can bring joy, create freedom and provide real added value.
