前言
艺术是世界的。
不同国家，不同民族的艺术在千百年来经由海洋文明和陆路文明的不断互鉴中深度融合。丝路文明在人类历史上的创举和广泛传播，为整个世界的文化艺术和经济繁荣做出了杰出的贡献。新时代的丝路精神已经远超传统意义的范畴，站在未来的层面重新定义。我们持续通过“丝绸之路国际艺术节”的形式，在创变升华中涅槃和新生，实现伟大的中华民族复兴之梦和文化自信，对现实和未来世界文化艺术新格局的形成起到积极的推动作用。
2024年，“第十届丝绸之路国际艺术节”将如期举行。展览中美术作品与数字艺术作品相辉呼应，以全新概念和具有科技感的策划，呈现“今日丝绸之路国际美术邀请展”。
本届国际美术展览将在“突出丝路，兼顾国际”的前提下，在以往美术展览的基础上拓展到更为广泛的艺术领域和表现方式。通过“平面+空间”、“静态+动态”的艺术展览，展示来自丝绸之路沿线国家、国内省市艺术家新锐的艺术理念和表现形式。
本次展览将展示240余件国内美术作品，以此促进不同国家文化之间的碰撞与融合，增进各国人民之间的了解和友谊，更为国内艺术家开阔国际视野，提供国际交流与合作机遇。同时，我们期望通过本届“今日丝绸之路国际美术邀请展”的举办，让世界在中国的艺术语境中，读懂中国艺术家的梦想与担当，打开各国观众对艺术多种可能性的认知，带来全新的艺术概念与感受。
Arts come from the world and belong to the world.
Arts of different countries and ethnic groups have been deeply integrated in continuous communication and mutual learning between marine civilization and land civilization in thousands of years. The emergence and broad promotion of the Silk Road civilization in the history of humanity have made remarkable contributions to the prosperity of culture, arts and economy. The Silk Road spirit in the new era has been beyond traditional meaning, and is endowed with new connotations for the future. Through the annual Silk Road International Arts Festival, we have ushered in a new journey in creations and changes, and have gained greater confidence for our culture and for realizing our dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, actively advancing the process to form new patterns of the world culture and arts at present and in the future.
The 10th Silk Road International Arts Festival will be held as scheduled in 2024. In the Exhibition, artworks and digital works will respond to each other, and make the International Art Invitational Exhibition of Contemporary Silk Road shine with brand new concepts and planning empowered by technology.
In the premise of “Highlighting the Silk Road and Connecting to the World”, the Exhibition this year will expand to broader art fields and adopt more diverse display methods based on the previous arts exhibitions. Through “static + dynamic” art exhibitions of “plane + space”, new art philosophies and display manners of artists from provinces and cities of China and countries along the Silk Road will be revealed.
The Exhibition will involve more than 240 artworks from China on display, which will enable cultures among different countries to be exchanged and integrated, and enhance the understanding and friendship among peoples of different countries. Moreover, it will present a broader international view for domestic artists and provide opportunities for international exchanges and cooperation. In the meantime, we hope that the International Art Invitational Exhibition of Contemporary Silk Road will help people from the world better understand Chinese artists’ dreams and willingness to shoulder responsibilities in Chinese arts, endow them with more possibilities in arts, and bring them new art concepts and feelings.

S E C T I O N S
第一单元：艺路丝语
Section I: Artworks on the Silk Road
本单元将展示近180件架上绘画（国画、油画、版画、水彩）、摄影、设计、刻字等艺术作品。邀请国内知名艺术家参与展览，展出艺术家创作的表现丝路沿线国家和省市贴近现实生活、反映城市发展变迁，表现各地风土人情、地域风貌的美术作品，体现出国内艺术家对丝绸之路主题创作及新时代国家文化发展战略的关注与思考。
In this section, nearly 180 easel paintings (traditional Chinese paintings, oil paintings, prints and watercolors), and works of photography, design and lettering. Foreign and domestic well-known artists will be invited to join the Exhibition. Their artworks reflecting people’s daily lives, the development and changes to cities, local customs and regional features will be presented to show their creations on the theme of the Silk Road and their focus and thinking on China’s cultural development strategies in the new era.
第二单元：幻彩未来
Section II: Splendid Fantasy in the Future
本单元将展示60余件来自全国最具前沿的CG绘画、动画、数字影像等数字艺术作品。充分呈现出国内新锐数字艺术家面向未来世界的思考和观念表达，艺术与科技深度融合，充满想象力和具有视觉冲击力的数字艺术作品，为展览带来了无尽的想象空间。让观众在充满科技与艺术的美妙世界里，感受生活的美好。
In this section, over 60 CG paintings, animations, digital images and other digital artworks at the cutting edge of China will be exhibited, which will fully display emerging Chinese digital artists’ thinking and concept expressions for the future world. Digital artworks deeply integrating arts and technology and full of imaginations and eye-catching effects will bring endless space for imagination and lead viewers into a fantastic world of technology and arts to feel the wonderful lives.
