Guide on Overseas Buyer Badge Application

Notice on Upgraded Service on the Canton Fair Online Platform
Starting from the 136th Canton Fair, the Buyer E-service Tool (BEST) will be upgraded to the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website (buyer.cantonfair.org.cn)! You can easily pre-register for onsite attendance, apply for the Canton Fair invitation, etc. on the new system, and experience a more beautiful interface and more friendly service.
(1) If you have a BEST account: Your account information has been uploaded onto the new system. Please log in with your existing account. 
(2) If you don’t have a BEST account: Please register in the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website. Your previous attendance information will be uploaded to the new account automatically as long as you bind your Buyer Badge number to the new account.

If it is your first time to attend the Fair onsite, please apply for a Buyer Badge through the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website. The specific steps are as follows:
I.  Registration or login
Register or log in with your account on the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website.
1.Registration
If you don’t have a BEST account, please register first. The specific steps are as follows:
a. Fill in your E-mail and password.
b. Choose [I don’t have a Buyer Badge].
c. Fill in your name, company name, country or region of your company, and sourcing intent to complete the registration.
2.Login
If you have a BEST account, please log in with your existing account.
If you forget your password, please click “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the page to reset your password. You can also click “Verification Code” on the upper right of the page to log in with the verification code from email or mobile phone text message.
II. Apply for a Buyer Badge
1. After login, click [Canton Fair Badges] –[Overseas Buyer Badge]on the left menu bar, and then click [Badge application] on the upper right of the page.

    
2. Improve company information. Choose [Join Company] or [Create Company].
 [Join Company]: Search for record with your company name or company code, and choose your company and click [Join].
If your company is the Canton Fair VIP, please remind your company’s administrator to review your application as soon as possible.
[Create Company]: If there is no company record, please click [Create Company] and improve information.
Buyer who creates the company (organization) will automatically become the administrator, and the number of administrators is unlimited. For the efficient management of company (organization) members, please designate suitable administrators. Administrators can:
  1. View the member list
  2. Add or remove members
  3. Edit member information
  4. Appoint or revoke administrator
  5. Review and manage VIP privileges for members
  6. Apply for Buyer Badges or E-invitations on behalf of members
3. Improve personal information. You must upload your ID document and photo for Buyer Badge, and you can edit the name on the Buyer Badge. If the information is correct, click [submit].
 
4. Submit badge application. After making sure your information is correct, click [submit] again.
To generate a Canton Fair invitation, check [Generate invitation letter simultaneously] below.
5. The application is completed and to be verified.
Please collect your Buyer Badge with QR code, original ID document and business card at the designated places.
III. Notes on Buyer Badge Collection
1. If you hold [a foreign passport or a mainland travel permit], please bring your original valid ID to designated Overseas Buyer Registration Offices to collect your badge.
2. If you hold [valid overseas Chinese ID documents (Chinese passport + overseas permanent residence permit/visa) or a Chinese passport with a valid overseas work visa for more than one year], please bring your original valid ID to the [Overseas Buyer Registration Offices] at the Complex for identity verification and badge collection.
