The 136th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) is scheduled to be opened on October 15, 2024. We sincerely welcome your attendance.
Overseas buyers are required to present a buyer badge for entry into the Canton Fair Complex. The overseas buyer badge can be used for multiple sessions. If you already have a badge from a previous session, you can use it to enter directly – there is no need to reapply. Please keep your badge properly.
We highly recommend you to apply for your badge in advance (pre-register) and collect it before arriving at the Canton Fair Complex. Badges can be picked up at registration offices at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Guangzhou South Railway Station, Pazhou Ferry Terminal, Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office, or designated hotels. If you prefer to collect your badge at the Complex, we suggest completing pre-registration and getting the QR code for buyer badge beforehand to avoid long waits at the on-site registration offices.
I.Eligibility
Buyers who hold a foreign passport, a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, valid overseas Chinese identification (Chinese passport + overseas permanent residence permit/visa), or a Chinese passport with a valid overseas work visa for more than one year are eligible to apply for the overseas buyer badge.
II.Required Documents
(I) Original ID documents, such as a foreign passport, a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, valid overseas Chinese identification (Chinese passport + overseas permanent residence permit/visa), or a Chinese passport with a valid overseas work visa for more than one year.

III.Application Process
Option 1: Scan the pre-registration QR code below and complete the four-step process. Once done, bring your original ID and the QR code of buyer badge to a registration office to collect your buyer badge.

Option 2: Visit the Buyer Service System on the Canton fair offcial website at buyer.cantonfair.org.cn on your computer, fill in the required information, and get your QR code for buyer badge. Then, present your original ID and the QR code to a registration office so you can pick up your buyer badge.
IV.Registration Offices
(I) Overseas Buyer Registration Offices （outside the Canton Fair Complex）
1. Eligibility: This service is only available to overseas buyers holding a foreign passport, a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, or a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents.

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
Location 1: Exit A9, International Arrivals, Terminal 1
Service Hours: October 12 - November 1, 8:00-24:00
Location 2: Temporary Counter, International Arrivals, Terminal 2
Service Hours: October 12 - November 1, 8:00-24:00
October 14-15, 22-23, 30-31, 24:00 to 8:00 the following day
Guangzhou South Railway Station
Location: Service Desks at East and West Entrances, First Floor
Service Hours: October 14-16, 22-24, 30-31, and November 1, 10:00-21:00
Pazhou Ferry Terminal
Location: Arrival, Third Floor
Service Hours: October 14-18, 22-26, 30-31, and November 1, 10:00-20:00
Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office
Location: Room 3106-3107, Office Tower, Convention Plaza, No. 1 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong
Service Hours: Year-round on weekdays, 10:00-12:30; 14:00-17:00

V.Badge Fees
Applying for, replacing, or renewing your badge is completely free of charge.
Reminder: The Canton Fair has never authorized any third-party organizations or individuals to provide badge services. Aside from the official fees announced by the Canton Fair, no additional charges will be imposed. Please exercise caution and apply for your badge through official channels.
