“洞察中国”全球胜任力实践旨在为国际学生认识中国社会提供机会、为中国学生传递中国力量提供平台，同时也为中外学子搭建实践交流、合作学习的桥梁，进一步提升清华学子全球胜任力。
The “Insight into China” Global Competency Practice aims to provide opportunities for international students to get to know the Chinese society, provide a platform for Chinese students to convey the power of China, and at the same time, build a bridge for practical exchanges and cooperative learning between Chinese and foreign students, so as to further enhance the global competency of Tsinghua students.
2024年“洞察中国”湖南实践支队
本次“洞察中国”全球胜任力实践以“中外青年话改革”为主题组织开展社会实践活动，带领中外学生用脚步丈量中国大地，深刻领会党的二十届三中全会作出进一步全面深化改革的战略部署。拟组建2支实践支队于11月15日分赴浙江和山西进行社会实践活动，分别聚焦浙江推动改革创新、运用数字经济助力共同富裕的经验和山西深化转型进程、古建筑保护与传承的成效。
“Insight into China” Global Competency Practice organized social practice activities under the theme of “Chinese and Foreign Youth Discuss Reform”, leading Chinese and foreign students to measure the land of China with their feet, and deeply understand the strategic plan of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to further deepen the reform.
It is going to set up two practice teams to carry out social practice activities in Zhejiang and Shanxi on November 15, focusing on the experience of Zhejiang in promoting reform and innovation and using digital economy to help common prosperity, and the effectiveness of Shanxi in deepening the transformation process and the preservation and inheritance of ancient architecture, respectively.

实践过程关注青年在数字变革、能源转型、文化多样性、社会福利与共同富裕等全球议题中的责任，以专题团队的形式提升青年跨文化沟通能力，力图引导中外学子通过实践明确青年责任，为构建人类命运共同体贡献青年力量。
The practice focuses on the responsibilities of youth in global issues such as digital change, energy transformation, cultural diversity, social welfare and common prosperity, and improves the cross-cultural communication skills of youth in the form of thematic teams, trying to guide Chinese and foreign students to clarify their youth responsibilities through practice, and to contribute to the building of a community of human destiny.

Expected Outcomes
1. 专题小组成果要求
各支队分别设置4个调研专题，每个专题由4-6位中外学子参加，小组需围绕专题调研内容完成一份双语图文“手账”（电子版）或剪辑一条短视频记录，展示中外青年眼中的“进一步全面深化改革”举措。
2．支队成果要求
（1）新闻宣传：支队新闻稿件2篇，其中中文稿件1篇、英文稿件1篇。
（2）总结视频：支队需拍摄剪辑与实践主题密切相关的视频一条，以3-5分钟为宜。
1. Requirements for the results of the thematic groups
Each team will set up 4 research topics, each topic will be attended by 4-6 Chinese and foreign students, and the group will be required to complete a bilingual graphic ‘handbook’ (electronic version) or edit a short video record around the content of the thematic research, to show the ‘Further Comprehensively Deepen Reform’ initiative in the eyes of Chinese and foreign youth. 2. Requirements for the results of team Achievements
(1) News propaganda: 2 press releases of the team, including 1 Chinese release and 1 English release.
(2) Summary video: the team is required to shoot and edit a video closely related to the theme of the practice, which should be 3-5 minutes.
Recruiting Requirements
两支队伍各招募20名清华大学在籍研究生（中国学生、国际学生），满足以下条件者优先考虑：
1. 具备良好的中英文表达与沟通能力；
2. 具备较强的团队协作意识，综合素质优秀，有社会实践经历并曾担任实践支队核心骨干；
3. 具有良好文案编辑、新闻摄影能力。
Each of the two teams will recruit 20 graduate students (Chinese and International) from Tsinghua University. Students who meet the following requirement(s) will be given priority:
(1) Chinese students proficient in English and international students proficient in Chinese;
(2) Students with former social practice experiences and experiences serving as team leaders in similar programs;
(3) Students good at editing, news writing, photography, and video shooting.
Submission of application materials
采用学生自荐的报名方式。申请人需填写《清华大学“洞察中国”实践报名表》和《清华大学“洞察中国”实践信息表》。电子版报名表与信息表于11月6日（周三）20:00前发送至校研团委实践部公邮(ytsjb@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn)，逾期不予受理。
申请表和邮件主题以“支队名称（浙江/山西支队）_院系_硕/博+年级_姓名”命名。纸质版报名表请面试时自行打印携带。
Students wishing to apply are required to complete Attachment 1 《清华大学“洞察中国”实践报名表(Entry From)》 and Attachment 2 《清华大学“洞察中国”实践信息表(Infermation From)》.Please send the registration forms to ytsjb@mail.tsinghua.edu.cn no later than 20:00 pm, November 6th. Late applications will not be accepted.
