Notice about Arrangements for National Day Holidays 2024
全体留学生:
根据学校相关通知,我校2024年国庆节放假安排如下:
一、放假时间
10月1日(星期二)至7日(星期一)放假调休,共7天。9月29日(星期日)、10月12日(星期六)上课。
二、调课安排
为了同学们能够度过一个愉快平安的假期,特提醒全体留学生在假期中注意以下安全事项:
1.请注意放假时间,未经请假不得提前离校;假期如有外出走访或旅行计划,须在宿舍前台如实申报出行计划。
2.注意人身安全。要注意防触电、防雷击,注意山洪、泥石流和山体滑坡。不到不安全的场所游泳;不到无安全设施、无救护人员的地点游泳;不到不熟悉的水域游泳;不得独自游泳,不到江河湖海游泳。走路不看手机。
3.注意食品安全,不买不吃无厂名厂址、无生产日期、无保质期的“三无”食品。不暴饮暴食、不酗酒。
4.保持手机畅通,不轻信陌生人来电、邮件及信息等,不贪小利,不轻易透露个人和家庭成员信息。不要相信任何推销和转款的要求,车票等网上消费应通过正规渠道,提高警惕,避免造成损失。遇到网络诈骗,及时向公安部门举报。
5.注意财产安全,保管好贵重物品,外出时锁好房门。不在宿舍存放大量现金和贵重物品。不携带大量现金和贵重物品外出。
6.假期期间不晚归,不单独外出,不与陌生人外出,夜间避免进出酒吧、KTV、洗浴中心等娱乐场所,不前往人员过于拥挤的场所,避免踩踏事件发生。
7.不得利用假期进行非法打工,不得参加非法传教、传销和非法贷款活动。
8.注意消防安全,严禁在房间内使用明火设备以及其他大功率电器,严禁在房间内存放易燃易爆物品,外出时关闭电源。使用厨房电器须有人看守,须做到人走断电。
9.注意交通安全,遵守交通规则,谨防伤害,不要乘坐无营运资质、无证、无驾照人员驾驶的车、船等交通工具。穿越马路时要走人行横道线和天桥,驾乘汽车及摩托车等机动车辆,必须持有正规牌照并经过年检,禁止超速驾驶,无照及酒后驾驶。
10.注意网络安全,妥善安排作息时间,合理利用网络,讲究网络道德。严禁观看和传播反动淫秽物品,禁止传播宗教和宗教聚会活动。
11.如在假期间发生疾病,应及时前往正规医院就诊。如需住院治疗,应及时联系相关老师,及时办理医疗垫付手续。
12.在假期遭遇突发事件,应稳定情绪,冷静应对。并及时联系留学生工作办公室老师。
13.请不要随意逗弄校园内的流浪猫以免被抓伤。
14.注意极端天气。

Dear all,
According to related notice from our university, arrangements for National Day Holidays 2024 are as follows:
1) Students need to GO TO CLASSES on September 29 (Sunday) and October12 (Saturday), and will have holidays from October 1 (Tuesday) to October7 (Monday) (7 DAYS OFF in total);
2) Classes on October4 (Friday) will be SHIFTED to September 29 (Sunday), and classes on October7 (Monday) will be SHIFTED to October12 (Saturday).
To have a happy and safe holiday, please pay close attention to the following:
1. Please pay attention to the holiday time frame. If you plan to travel during the holidays, please report to the dormitory reception in advance.
2. Pay attention to personal safety. Guard against electric shock and lightning strike. Watch out for floods, mudslides and landslides. Do not swim at places where there are no safety facilities or medical personnel; do not swim alone or swim in the river, lake or sea. Don’t use mobile phone while walking.
3. Pay attention to food safety. Do not take in any unbranded or expired food. Do not drink or eat excessively.
4. Keep your mobile phone always available. Do not believe any stranger’s call, email or message. Do not reveal personal and family members’ information to others. Do not believe any sales and transfer requirements. Purchase your tickets and other online articles via the official websites or channels. In case of cyber fraud, call the police immediately.
5. Pay attention to the safety of property, take good care of valuables and lock the door when you go out. Do not store large amounts of cash and valuables in the dormitory. Do not carry large amounts of cash or valuables with you.
6. Do not come back late to your residence during night, do not go out alone, do not go out with strangers, avoid going into bars, KTV, bath centers and other entertainment places at night, do not go to overcrowded places, and avoid stampede.
7. Do not work illegally during holidays. Do not participate in any illegal missionary, pyramid selling or illegal loans.
8. Pay attention to fire safety. It is strictly prohibited to use open fire equipment and other high-power electrical appliances in the room. It is strictly prohibited to store inflammable and explosive items in the room. Kitchen appliances must not be left unattended when in use, unplug the appliances when leave.
9. Pay attention to traffic safety, obey traffic rules and guard against injuries. Do not take vehicles, boats or other vehicles driven by people without operating qualifications, licenses or driver's licenses. Use crosswalks and overpasses when crossing the road. You must have a regular license when driving, and your vehicles must pass the required inspection. Speeding, unlicensed and drunk driving is strongly prohibited.
10. Arrange your time and use the internet properly. Do not download or propagate illegal information. Do not believe or propagate rumor. Pay attention to Internet security and observe Internet morality. Do not engage in any missionary activities and religious gatherings or preach on campus.
11. If any disease during the holiday, you should go to a designated hospital in time. If you need to be hospitalized, please contact the relevant teachers in a timely manner for insurance issues.
12. If you meet any emergency, calm down first and contact relevant teachers of ISAO. You can also dial the number such as 110 for policeman, 119 for Fire Emergency, and 120 for Emergency Medical Care.
13.Please do not play with stray cats on campus to avoid being scratched or bitten.
14. Please stay alert on possible extreme weather.
