Psychological service center of CQUPT are available to support student’s mental health well-being needs throughout their time at CQUPT’s. We offer 2 level of support services, through which our therapeutic counselling team offers information, advice, and guidance to students with mental health difficulties and provide short-term therapeutic supports to students with mild and moderate mental health difficulties, in level 1 service; Meanwhile, our team liaison with internal and external services. Students who present with moderate to severe or enduring mental health difficulties and/or high risk to self/others could be introduced to registered psychiatrist for prescription advise and psychotherapy through level 2 support.
Counselling in CQUPT’s psychological service center offers a safe and confidential, supportive space to help students explore their problems. It allows students to share and gain insight into their feelings, thoughts and behaviour. All our advisors are psychology trained and operated through a Coaching and Mentoring framework. Therapeutic counselling appointments are 50 minute 1 to 1 in-person meeting. Bilingual support services operate every Tuesday, 14:30-15:30, 16:00-17:00, English and Mandarin counseling available. It can be booked/canceled through email psychology@cqupt.edu.cn 7 days before student’s preferred time slot. In addition, students can make an appointment with registered on-sight psychiatrist on Wednesday 14:00-15:00,15:00-16:00,16:00-17:00, English-Mandarin interpreter available only if booking 7 days in advance via psychology@cqupt.edu.cn.
重庆邮电大学心理发展指导中心致力于为同学们在校期间的心理健康需求提供支持，我们对在心理健康问题方面存在困扰的同学提供两个级别的服务：通过提供信息咨询、指导建议等，对有轻度和中度心理健康困难的学生提供短期治疗支持，这是一级服务；同时，我们团队通过协调学校内外资源，对中重度、持久性心理健康困难、对自己或他人有高风险的同学，提供转介到有专业资质的精神科医生的二级支持服务。通过二级支持服务，同学可以获得专业的处方建议和心理治疗。
重庆邮电大学心理发展指导中心为同学们提供安全保密的支持空间，帮助同学们探索他们的问题，鼓励同学们分享并深入了解他们的感受、思想和行为。我们中心的所有咨询师都接受过专业的心理学培训，并接受专业督导。每次一对一咨询时长为50分钟。我们每周二14:30-15:30和16:00-17:00提供中英文双语咨询服务，同学们可以通过电子邮件psychology@cqupt.edu.cn提前3天预订或取消。此外，同学们可以在每周三14:00-15:00、15:00-16:00、16:00-17:00预约专业的精神科医生咨询，在通过psychology@cqupt.edu.cn提前3天预订的情况下，我们可以提供中英文翻译服务。
