Hactl is an IT-centric company using advanced technologies. If you have a passion for tackling tough technological problems or enjoy advanced application development and software engineering, our IT Graduate Trainee Programme will inspire you, immerse you, challenge you, and provide you with the solid foundation for a successful career in the IT industry.
For our IT Graduate Trainee Programme, you will undergo 3 years of comprehensive training with a defined career path by developing your IT talent in the Application or Infrastructure stream. We’ll give you soft skills training to empower you as an IT professional and potential future manager.

Programme highlights
Understanding the Hong Kong aviation and logistics industry
Keeping abreast with the up-to-date technologies in the market
Acquiring all-round IT knowledge
Undergoing various types of training, such as communication, problem-solving, supervisory skills and outward-bound team building
Company sponsorship of IT professional certification
Job rotation to work on a wide variety of IT systems
Free Shuttle and Transport Subsidy
You can choose either one of the streams:
Application Development Stream
Assist in the overall system development life cycle of IT applications that meets user requirements and complies with standards
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability and availability
Infrastructure Stream
Participate in different types of infrastructure projects from servers, storage to network and security
Maintain IT infrastructure to ensure 24/7 availability
Qualifications
Fresh graduate of High Diploma / Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
For application development stream, hands-on experience or good knowledge in ANY of the following:
· Java, SQL
· C#, ASP, .NET, SharePoint
· Objective-C, HTML5
For infra-structure stream, hands-on experience or good knowledge in ANY of the followings:
· Servers (UNIX, Linux, Windows)
· Enterprise Storage Area Network
· Databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL)
· Networking
· Security Infrastructure
Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
Good analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Good team player, strong self-initiative, and commitment to achieve high quality results
Good communication and interpersonal skills
