About the DWS P.A.C.E. program

Our 2-year P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by rotations within your assigned division within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.

You will:

Gain a deep insight into how the Corporate Functions support and enable the success of the firm

Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community

Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments

Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions

Solve challenges together with your team

Be empowered with accountability for your actions

About the Client Coverage division

The primary aim of the Client Coverage Division is to provide sustainable financial futures for all of our clients and to serve our institutional investors and distributors worldwide. Innovation is crucial, so we combine creativity and intelligence with technology to develop new ways of meeting the financial needs of our clients.

We’re looking for:

Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates

Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators

Driven and committed graduates

A team player with a curious mind

Someone with a keen interest in financial services

Must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025.

Must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).

Must be available to start full-time work on September 1st, 2025.

About the Internship

The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.   

Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program the following year.

About the Client Coverage division

The primary aim of the Client Coverage Division is to provide sustainable financial futures for all of our clients and to serve our institutional investors and distributors worldwide. Innovation is crucial, so we combine creativity and intelligence with technology to develop new ways of meeting the financial needs of our clients.

As our DWS Intern you will:

Analyse data given to you by your managers/team to support their work

Create supporting documents, presentations and overviews that are valuable for the work of DWS

Collaborate with immediate colleagues and the wider global team

Take part in exciting social events and CSR initiatives

Receive professional skills training to prepare you for the industry

Complete an individual case study and have a chance to present back to senior stakeholders

We’re looking for:

Must hold valid right to work in Hong Kong from the 16th of June through to the 22nd of August 2025.

Must be available to work full-time from the 16th of June through to the 22nd of August 2025.

Must be enrolled and on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree between December 2025 - July 2026.

Must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships).
