职位描述：
Job Scope
Support development of a portfolio of global Corporate companies together with Relation Manager and Senior Banker:
Support Relation Manager and Senior banker in brainstorming, bizcom memo and pitch
Work closely with Product lines in working out suitable solutions to meet clients' needs
Perform credit due diligence and ensure portfolio returns and credit quality are aligned to risk appetite in relation with Portfolio Management and Risk.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, take care of KYC
Main Responsibilities:
Business & Credit analysis
BizCom documentation (financial analysis, business memo…)
Perform fundamental analysis in order to support the exposure request
Communicate with credit risk department to better anticipate risk issues
Support Relationship manager & Senior banker
Prepare marketing material, commercial action plan, client budget, client briefing memo, pitch book
Manage follow up action plan with client and product teams
Lead administrative tasks related to client onboarding
KYC management
Day to day client needs with BO team
Required Skills:
Mandarin and English
Well structured, organized and systematic
Solid analytical skills
Elevated grammatical and excellent written communication skills: ability to draft memos
Ability to cope with time pressure and work to deadlines
Good communication
Good understanding of banking activities
Ability to be a good team player
Good knowledge and ability on Microsoft Office
Min. Bachelor degree education
CFA and CPA (preferred)
Credit analysis knowledge (corporate skills): ROE, RWA, financial statement
