关于体育的成长故事
为深入发掘体育的价值与内涵，传承体育精神，营造“爱学习，爱体育”的校园氛围，体育中心师生联合党支部现开展“我与体育的故事” 主题作品征集活动，详情如下：
1 征集对象
西安交通大学师生（包含国际师生）
2 征集内容
以“体育”为主题的文字、书画、摄影、视频、音乐等多元化作品。作品语言要求为中文或英文。
3 投稿时间
即日起至2024年12月22日
4 投稿方式
投稿邮箱：1041533454@qq.com
要求：邮件以“姓名+学（书）院/单位+专业+手机号”命名，文字作品以Word格式提交，如配图不超过2张，字数不少于1200字；诗歌行数不限；视频、音乐作品要求画面音质清晰流畅；摄影、书画作品提交jpg电子格式。
5 奖励政策
后续通过网络投票、专家评审等方式评选一、二、三等奖、参与奖各若干名，颁发体育运动类或交大文创类纪念品。
6 注意事项
1. 作品符合社会主义核心价值观要求，严禁抄袭，责任自负。主办方有权对征集作品宣传、展示、剪辑、删减等，凡应征者视为已同意并遵守。一人可投稿多个作品，如获奖，只颁发一份奖品。
2. 国际师生投稿可自行邀请中国师生作为文字指导，如获奖，中国师生可领取同等纪念品。
3. 本次活动的解释权归主办方所有。
Collection of works on the theme of
“My Story with Sports”
To explore the value and connotation of sports, inherit the spirit of sports, and create a campus atmosphere that values academic achievements and promotes a passion for sports, the Center of Physical Education is launching the “My Story with Sports” theme work collection. The details are as follows:
Eligibility
All faculty and students of XJTU (including international faculty and students)
Submission Content
Diversified works on the theme of “sports” such as text, calligraphy and painting, photography, video, music, etc. Written in English or Chinese.
Submission Deadline
From now until December 22, 2024
Submission Method
Submission email: 1041533454@qq.com
Requirements: The subject of the email should include "Name+Department/School
+ Major + Phone Number". Written submissions should be in Word format, with no more than two images attached. The word count should be no less than 1,200 words. There is no limit on the number of lines for poems. Videos and music works should have clear and smooth audio-visual quality. Photography and painting/calligraphy works should be submitted in jpg format.
Reward Policy
Winners for first, second, and third prizes, as well as participation awards, will be selected through online voting or expert review. Winners will receive sports-related or XJTU cultural and creative souvenirs as prizes.
Others
1. Submissions should align with the core socialist values and plagiarism is strictly prohibited.Participants will be held responsible for any violations. The organizer reserve the right to publicize, display,edit, or modify the submitted works. All applicants are deemed to have agreed and followed these terms and conditions.Each participant can submit more than one work, and only one prize will be awarded if two or more works win the awards.
2. International faculty and students may invite Chinese faculty and students as writing mentors for their submissions. If they win an award, the Chinese mentors may also receive the same prize.
3. The organizer has the final authority to interpret the rules of this activity.
