新年伊始，英国曼彻斯特大学全球在职MBA项目2025年1月班迎新仪式在曼彻斯特大学中国中心圆满举行。新学员们满怀憧憬，齐聚一堂，共赴为期两年的全球在职MBA之旅。
本届MBA新学员的数据令人瞩目：平均年龄39岁，拥有平均15年的工作经验和8年的管理经验。女性学员是本届学员的中坚力量，占据了58%。60%的学员拥有本科学位，40%的学位拥有硕士及以上学位。
这些新学员背景多元，来自医疗与生物科学、医疗器械、制造、电子科技、农业、地产、新能源、化工等多个商业领域。其中，27%来自医疗及生物科学行业。
82%的学生在职场中拥有高级管理岗位。他们在职场历练多年后，渴望转变角色、投身学习，进一步提升领导力和战略思维，成为具备跨文化管理能力、有社会责任的全球治理人才。
