[About the role]

1. Coordinate queries from Chinateam/business partners/locaauthorities/consumers, and issue necessary IP documents (TM certificates, letter ofauthorisation, statement of ownership, etc) asrequired;
2. Maintain database of case/litigation files, IP licences/agreements, trade mark portfolio, as well as branded retail store portfolio;
3. Assist in online monitoring program across global marketplaces and social media platforms;
4. Assist with evidence collection relating to various legal actions/enforcement/litigations;
5. Update IP training deck to support regular internal training sessions to Asia and externaltraining sessions to local authorities/3rd parties;
6. Coordinate trade mark clearance searches and IP applications, and assist with brand portfolio reviews and gap analyses;
7. Assist with review of product labels and marketing materials from IP perspective;
8. Conduct Due Diligence against newly onboard customers;
9. Manage consumer complaints cases;
10. Handle verification matters and support the Education Program on Genuine Products;
11. Prepare various IP and business related report on a bi-weekly, monthly, yearly basis;
12. Other IP work as instructed, including butnot limited to IP budget tracking, handling brand protection quarterly reports and ad hoc IP reports, and exploring the application of AI to enhance our work efficiency.
[About you
1. Internship/ full time job experience workingin in-house legal teams or reputable law firms;
2. Good English -both spoken and written -are mandatory;
3. Skillfully navigating Office software;
4. Hardworking, patient, diligent and a good team player;
5. Ability to manage multi-tasks and maintain professional attitude in high pressure situations.
