I think I spend more time on social media than I'd like to. I often find myself scrolling aimlessly, which takes up a lot of my day. While it’s a great way to stay connected and updated, it can easily turn into a distraction. I've noticed that I could use that time for other productive activities, like reading or exercising, but social media has a way of drawing me back in.
