在把握了CPTSD的核心症状后,研究三通过在线自我关怀干预,对有创伤经历的大学生开展随机对照试验,研究结果验证了该干预方案的可行性和有效性。重复测量方差分析显示干预后的 CPTSD 总分有所下降。干预对DSO症状的改善程度大于PTSD症状。对CPTSD症状变化和干预条件的网络分析表明,回避外部创伤线索、无价值感、情绪失调、孤立感的改善与干预条件直接相关,这意味着干预对这些症状能够产生直接影响,直观体现了干预效果。
