This baby is being ventilated with a bag and mask. When indicated, cardiac compressions should commence.

First, find the correct site to do the chest compressions.

Draw an imaginary line across the nipples. Compressions are done just below this line in the midline on the lower third of the sternum.

Both thumbs are positioned on the lower third of the sternum with the tips of your fingers positioned along the spine. Compressions can now commence.
