一、赛事介绍
“国际汉语教师能力大赛”是由国际汉语节协会主办的一项旨在提升国际汉语教师/准教师的教学综合能力、职场竞争力及有效评核其业务水平,并为其提供切实的发展建议的专项赛事。根据《国际汉语教师能力大赛评审准则》,通过对国际汉语教学设计、教学组织与管理、照顾学习差异、跨文化共通能力、中英文表达及沟通能力的考查,评价参赛者是否具备作为国际汉语教师的能力。

评分采用百分制,环节一是教案设计,占60分,参赛者需要用中文书写教案,繁简字体皆可。环节二为自我介绍,占40分,参赛者须用中英文作自我介绍和演讲。评分细则请看下表:

(2) 能利用不同类型的教学资源(如简报、工作纸、电子网络资源),有步骤地让学生掌握知识点,也能照顾不同学习需要。The plan is able to use different types of teaching resources (such as presentations, worksheets and online resources) to allow the students to master the knowledge points step by step; it can also cater for different learning needs. | 15 |
(3) 能以不同类型的问题(如:事实性/思考性、开放式/固定答案式、高阶思考的问题)作出有效提问,让学生思考及回答。The plan is able to ask different types of questions (e.g., factual/ critical thinking, open-ended/ fixed-answer and higher-order thinking questions) to let the students think and answer. | 15 |
(4) 采用有助提升学生的学习兴趣、成功感、自信心和自我形象的学习模式,如:同侪学习、协作学习、小组研讨等等。The plan uses the learning modes, such as peer learning, collaborative learning, group discussion, etc., that can help to promote the students' interest in learning and increase their sense of achievement, their self-confidence and their self-esteem. | 10 |
(5) 拟定合适的评估策略及模式,有加插让学生参与自我评估的环节。The plan uses appropriate assessment strategies and models, and it encourages the students to self-assess. | 10 |

(3)举止大方自然,精神饱满,能较好地运用姿态和表情来表达,富感染力。The speaker bears himself/ herself naturally and decently. S/her is full of spirit and energy in speaking. S/he can use good facial expressions and body language to help his/her expressions. His/her speech is persuasive and moving. | 10 |

考评官会根据参赛者的表现,根据评审细则打分,并给予点评。环节一的评语用中文书写,环节二则用英文书写。
四、比赛时间和报名
赛事每年10月1日至次年3月31日举办。参赛者可通过扫描以下二维码报名:
五、成绩与奖状
在网页上递交作品20个工作日后,参赛者可登入其专属比赛页面查询成绩,并下载成绩报告及奖状(如有)。奖项分为四类:
冠军:90分以上
亚军:85-90分
季军:80-85分
优良奖:75-80分
