After visiting the historic revolutionary site, the students continued to the top of the mountain. At the beginning of October, the maple leaves in Xiangshan were not yet red. As they climbed, the students searched for splashes of red amidst the lush green leaves. Halfway through the journey, they took a break on the mountainside to rest and regain their strength, enjoying the vibrant green layers of the hills and the scattered red maple leaves. While appreciating the beautiful scenery, the students engaged in lively discussions about the past and present.

After an hour and a half of climbing, with encouragement and mutual support from everyone, the students finally reached the summit, experiencing the view of 'standing atop the peak, looking down on the mountains below.' Gazing down, the vast city of Beijing appeared small, with skyscrapers seeming diminutive, the bustling traffic becoming quiet, and the vibrant modernity returning to simplicity. Looking up, they saw the clear blue sky, the misty outline of the mountains, and a moon eagerly awaiting the nightfall. The students, who had gradually become familiar with each other, laughed and played here, filling the mountaintop with their cheerful and joyful laughter.
At the top of the hill are several racks adorned with prayer tags and people's wishes. It is a traditional custom of Chinese people to climb a mountain to pray for good luck. On the special day of the Double Ninth Festival, there are even more people visiting the fragrant hills to pray for blessings. People hang their prayer tags on the racks with their heartfelt wishes and descend the mountain full of hope.
