Chongyang Cake Tasting
As historical records indicate, Chongyang Cake, also referred to as Flower Cake, Chrysanthemum Cake, or Five-color Cake, is prepared without a fixed recipe, allowing for a degree of flexibility. On the Double Ninth Festival, it was customary to place cake slices on the foreheads of children while reciting blessings, wishing them well in all aspects of life. Join us for a taste!
