体验别样的西餐文化
西餐礼仪周是英凰自建园九年来一直在进行的常规教学活动课，在英语教研室与外教老师的配合下，将西餐礼仪教育融入生活，让孩子们感受到别样的西方文化。西餐礼仪活动旨在丰富孩子对多元世界文化的了解，让孩子们从小学习世界各地的礼仪文化，感受不同文化熏陶，学会懂礼知礼。
Western Etiquette Week is a regular teaching activity that RAK has been conducting since its establishment nine years ago. With the cooperation of the English teaching and research department and foreign teachers, Western etiquette education is integrated into daily life, allowing children to experience a different Western culture. The Western etiquette activity aims to enrich children's understanding of diverse world cultures, allowing them to learn etiquette cultures from around the world from an early age, experience different cultural influences, and learn to understand and appreciate etiquette.

Western Food Etiquette Week
本次西餐礼仪周主题：共享秋日浪漫时光
氛围打造：活泼、温暖、热情、浪漫
主色调：以橙、黄、红等暖色调为主
活动内容：了解西餐的文化背景与餐桌礼仪，学会优雅、有序地用餐；体验别样的西餐风味，一起共享秋日的惊喜与甜蜜。
本次西餐礼仪活动将以来自意大利水城威尼斯的特产黑墨鱼面为主食，以新鲜的沙拉及浓郁的肉酱为辅料，再搭配上孩子们喜爱的奇妙元素及精美的水果拼盘，带领孩子们走进地中海沿岸的美食文化，感受来自威斯尼海洋文化的热情及活力。
This Western dining etiquette event will feature the specialty black ink fish noodles from the Italian water city of Venice as the main dish, with fresh salads and rich meat sauce as accessories, paired with children's favorite wonderful elements and exquisite fruit platters, leading children into the culinary culture of the Mediterranean coast and experiencing the enthusiasm and vitality of the Venetian marine culture.

走进西餐
品味亲自动手的成果
为了让孩子们深入了解西餐的礼仪文化及食材特点，外教老师向孩子们示范本次西餐礼仪活动用到的食材及相关做法，并带领着孩子们学习食材、餐具等相关的英语单词，让孩子们亲自动手尝试着制作属于自己的美食。
In order to deepen children's understanding of the etiquette culture and food characteristics of Western cuisine, the foreign teacher demonstrated the ingredients and related methods used in this Western cuisine etiquette activity to the children, and led them to personally try making their own food.

优雅用餐
学做小小淑女绅士
享用西餐前，孩子们需要学会用餐的基本礼仪，进餐前男士可以帮女士拉开椅子，落座后需注意刀叉的使用原则，右手持叉，左手持刀，使用完毕后平行摆放表示结束。孩子们用餐时需注意保持安静，不碰撞餐具，不移动餐盘，不挥舞刀叉指向他人，保持优雅与风范。
