2024年10月3日，来自广东、北京、江苏的西南政法大学校友及西政美国校友会秘书处张红校友在纽约小聚。这次聚会不仅为校友们提供了分享各自职业经验的机会，还加强了彼此的联系，展望了未来可能的合作与发展。

张诗伟|西南政法大学1994级|中伦律师事务所北京权益合伙人
张诗伟，现任中伦律师事务所合伙人，拥有20年以上投融资并购上市等公司法、证券法实务经验，曾主办过中信与凯雷联合收购麦当劳、科创板第一家央企中国通号上市以及商汤科技私募融资等著名项目，近来专注于服务（硬科技）创业企业股权架构、融资及并购重组等公司证券法律业务。
他曾获评为《亚洲律师》年度最佳并购律师、《国际金融法评论》最佳私募股权交易律师和《亚洲法律杂志》十五佳并购律师等。
李伟东|西南政法大学 2001级|金鹏律师事务所广州总所主任|高级合伙人
李伟东校友主要从事刑事领域法律业务研究与实践。2008年加入广州金鹏律师事务所。
李伟东校友为广东省西南政法大学校友会秘书长、广州市律师协会副会长。先后担任广州市第十五届人大监司委监察和司法咨询专家；广州市人民检察院人民监督员；广东省律师协会刑事法律专业委员会副主任兼秘书长。
时丹|西南政法大学 研究生2005级|江苏剑桥颐华律师事务所律师｜高级合伙人
时丹律师自2012年起在江苏剑桥颐华律师事务所执业,为律所高级合伙人及国际商事委员会主任。专精于公司法律、证券法律、劳动法律及涉外法律，在争议解决、风险防控、投资并购、涉外业务处理等方面具有丰富经验。

张红|西南政法大学 研究生2006级|西政美国校友会秘书长
张红校友是纽约贝钧国际律师事务所（BIWLP.C.）的创始合伙人之一。张律师拥有十五年中美法律服务实践经验，并具备相关的管理和商务经验。自2009年在深圳开始从事法律工作，2015年前往美国深造。
张律师是海关及国际贸易律师协会的会员、纽约州律师协会会员、亚洲金融协会会员等。
On October 3, 2024, alumni of the Southwest University of Political Science and Law ("SWUPL") from Guangdong, Beijing, and Jiangsu and Ms. Zhang Hong, from the Secretariat of the SWUPL Club of America Inc., gathered in New York. This gathering allowed alums to share their professional experiences, strengthen connections, and explore future collaborations and developments.
Zhang Shiwei, Class of 1994, equity partner at Zhong Lun Beijing
With over 20 years of practical experience in corporate and securities law, including PE/VC investment & financing, merger and acquisition (M&A), and IPO, Shiwei Zhang has counseled on numerous renowned transactions, such as the joint acquisition of McDonald's Great China by CITIC and Carlyle Group, the IPO of the first state-owned enterprise on STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the private financing of SenseTime Technology. Recently, he has been focusing on serving high-tech startup companies in equity structuring, financing, and M&A.
Mr. Zhang has been honored as the "Top M&A Lawyer of the Year" by The Asian Lawyer, "Top Private Equity Deal" by International Financial Law Review and" Top 15 M&A Lawyers in Asia" by Asian Legal Business.
Li Weidong, Class of 2001, Jinpeng Law Firm's Guangzhou headquarters
Director and senior partner.
Mr. Li Weidong primarily engages in research and practice in criminal law. He joined the Guangzhou Jinpeng Law Firm in 2008.
Li Weidong is the Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Guangdong Province and vice President of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association. He has held various positions, including Expert Consultant for the Supervision and Judicial Committee of Guangzhou's 15th People's Congress. People's Supervisor for the People's Procuratorate of Guangzhou.Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the Criminal Law Professional Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Bar Association.
Shi Dan, Class of 2005, senior partner at Jiangsu Cambridge Yihua Law Firm
Since 2012, Mr. Shi has practiced at Jiangsu Cambridge Yihua Law Firm. He is a senior partner and the director of the firm's international commercial committee. He specializes in corporate law, securities law, labor law, and foreign-related legal matters.
Mr. Shi has extensive experience in dispute resolution, risk prevention, investment mergers and acquisitions, and handling foreign-related issues. He serves as a long-term legal advisor for several large foreign-invested and Taiwanese-invested enterprises and has successfully handled numerous difficult and complex cases. Mr. Shi is fluent in English.
Hong Zhang, Class of 2006, Secretary General of the SWUPL Club of America
Ms. Zhang Hong is one of the founding partners of BIWLP.C., a law firm based in New York. She has fifteen years of practical experience in legal services between China and the United States and relevant management and business experience. Ms. Zhang began her legal career in Shenzhen in 2009 and went to the U.S. in 2015 for further studies.
She is a member of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Asian Financial Association, among others.
