Description

1.Analyze the needs of corporate IB customers, match these needs with company products and solutions, coordinate with the sales team to respond to potential customer inquiries, conduct initial assessments, and provide solutions to customers.

2.Be responsible for confirming and reviewing project quotations.

Be responsible for managing and delivering corporate IB projects, 3.coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule and with high quality.

4.Support relevant work during the project delivery preparation phase, including project delivery management tasks.

5.Be responsible for organizing IB delivery projects, monitoring daily operations, and assisting in completing after-sales projects.

6.Be responsible for repairing faulty products, handling customer complaints, and performing regular maintenance on products purchased by customers.


Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above. This position requires relevant experience. Must have the ability to independently develop solutions and persuade clients.

2.Relevant work experience in the communications industry (operators) is required. Must have professional experience in meeting with clients (other areas such as networking, procurement, etc., do not meet the job requirements).

3.Possess bilingual skills (Chinese + Korean, Chinese + English) necessary for local work.

4.Able to make decisions quickly, especially under tight time constraints and high pressure, while maintaining decision quality.

5.Proficient in operating daily work management systems, with strong writing and communication skills, and proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

6.Able to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to critical business deadlines.
