Job Purpose:
To provide wide spectrum legal support for procurement activities and designated business activities,and furnish daily advice on local law and regulation related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide legal support and advice on procurement and business activities, project contracts & asset deals;
· Provide legal advice and support to various functional stakeholders;
· Ethics compliance including providing fraud training, handle or coordinate investigation of suspicious fraud cases;
· Lead bidding process and be responsible for contract drafting and reviewing operations as required；
· Other ad-hoc legal related duties and assignments as requested.
Requirements:
· LLB or LLM in law
· PRC Legal Profession Qualification with minimum 7 years professional experience in a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house in a multinational company (firm experience is a must)
· Strong drafting capabilities in both English and Chinese;
· Good communication, presentation skills; Self-driven and a team player with good interpersonalskills.
