与每天走 2000 步的人相比,每天走 2517 步的人全因死亡率显著降低(调整后 HR[aHR]:0.92;95% CI:0.84-0.999),每天走 2735 步的人心血管事件风险显著降低(aHR:0.89;95% CI:0.79-0.999)。
研究得出的最佳每日行走步数为 8763 步(aHR:0.40;95% CI:0.38-0.43)和 7126 步(aHR:0.49;95% CI:0.45-0.55),分别对应全因死亡率降低 60% 和心血管事件发生率降低 51%。走得更多,对死亡率和心血管事件发生率的没有进一步改善。
此前,澳大利亚悉尼大学和南丹麦大学的研究人员合作在 JAMA Internal Medicine 和 JAMA Neurology 期刊上分别发表了两篇文章,基于大队列人群的数据和严格的统计分析。
