Introduction
“洋雷锋”国际学生志愿服务队是一个勤劳勇敢、团结友爱的组织，它由西南大学来自五湖四海的国际学生组成，致力于从事各类志愿活动。
The "Yang Lei Feng" International Student Volunteer Service Team is a diligent, brave, united, and friendly organization. It is composed of international students from all over the world at Southwest University and whole over the china and it is dedicated to engaging in various volunteer activities.
Goal
我们致力于将所学知识与志愿服务相结合，打造一个富有同理心、实干笃行、具有影响力的志愿服务队，做“雷锋”精神的践行者、讲述者。
We are committed to combining our knowledge with volunteer service to create an empathetic, practical, and influential volunteer service team. We aim to be practitioners and storytellers of the "Lei Feng" spirit.
Mission
在学术活动、社会实践、社区服务、医疗健康等方面提供非营利性的志愿服务，弘扬“雷锋”精神，号召中外志愿者加入，带领中外青年志愿者用行动诠释“爱心无国界”的精神内涵。
Through academic activities, social practice, community service, healthcare, and other areas, we provide non-profit volunteer services, promote the "Lei Feng" spirit, and call on both Chinese and foreign volunteers to join us. We lead young volunteers from China and abroad to interpret the spirit of "Love knows no borders" through their actions.
Regulation
1.参与意愿：具有奉献精神，有志于参与志愿者服务活动。非盈利性组织，志愿服务不提供薪酬，报名前请确认能接受。
2.尊重文化多样性：团队每个成员都有义务维护互帮互助的工作环境，我们提倡尊重与理解每个人的文化背景，认可每个人的贡献。保持尊重，注意言行。
3.团结协作：具备责任感、担当精神与合作精神，每位成员需尽职尽责、齐心协力，完成团队的共同目标。
4.专业性与安全性：具备与所参加的志愿服务项目及活动相适应的综合素质，能够保障自身安全。同时遵守安全准则和协议，保障共同安全。具有良好的时间观念，参加志愿活动不迟到、不早退。
1. Participation Willingness: Volunteers should have a spirit of dedication and be willing to participate in volunteer service activities.
This is a non-profit organization, and volunteer
services are not compensated. Please confirm you can accept this before registering.
2. Respect for Cultural Diversity: Every team member is obligated to maintain a supportive work environment. We advocate for respect and understanding of everyone's cultural background and recognize each person's contributions. Maintain respect and be mindful of your words and actions.
3. Unity and Cooperation: Members should have a sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork spirit. Every member should fulfill their duties and work together to achieve the common goals of the team.
4. Professionalism and Safety: Members should possess the comprehensive qualities appropriate for the volunteer service projects and activities they participate in, ensuring their safety. Adhere to safety guidelines and agreements to ensure collective safety. Maintain good time management, and do not be late or leave early for volunteer activities.
