The COVID-19 vaccine: Attitudes and vaccination in patients with autoimmune inflammatory rheumatic diseases (Original Article)

在未接种疫苗的患者中,32.9%愿意接种COVID-19疫苗,45.0%不确定,14.8%不愿意接种。当医生建议接种疫苗时,患者的意愿增加到93.8%。参与者的主要担忧是疫苗可能加重AIIRD疾病(63.0%),并可能导致与疫苗相关的不良事件(19.9%)。
女性患者接种疫苗的意愿较低。然而,≤18岁的患者更愿意接种疫苗。此外,对COVID-19疫苗的安全性和有效性信任的患者,疫苗接种意愿更高。值得注意的是,183名(5.9%)患者接种了疫苗。主要的疫苗接种副作用是注射反应,肌痛和疲劳。在中位随访88(38,131)天时,患者的疾病活动稳定。
