本文探讨了调节性细胞死亡在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者发病机制中的复杂相互作用,包括细胞凋亡、坏死性凋亡、焦亡、NET介导的细胞死亡、自噬和铁死亡。这些途径释放自身抗原和危险信号,导致细胞膜破坏,产生细胞内免疫刺激成分,影响许多免疫细胞亚群的发育、分化、功能和代谢,并引发强烈的炎症免疫反应。揭示两者之间的联系为扩大狼疮治疗的版图带来了希望。

CircEPSTI1 in peripheral blood as a novel potential biomarker for childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus

本文证实了RA患者外周血CD4PD-1Foxp3++- T细胞比例的增加与B细胞过度活跃相关。在这些T细胞中,2型CD4PD-1Foxp3++-辅助性T细胞可能是促进B细胞分化和抗体产生的重要T细胞亚群。此外,CD4PD-1Foxp3++−T细胞在体外对抗IL-6R处理敏感。研究结果阐明了外周T-B细胞相互作用在RA病因学中的作用。这一细胞亚群可能成为自身抗体介导疾病的可行治疗靶点。

A painless growing abdominal mass in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus

本文报告了一名59 岁女性,有 6 个月的可触及腹部肿块增长病史。患者无发热、腹痛、便血或阴道出血,患系统性红斑狼疮13年,有血小板减少症和高血压病史。根据相关检查检验结果及术后病理结果,都支持肿块是由狼疮肠系膜血管炎(LMV)引起的。在接受激素和免疫抑制剂治疗后疾病得到控制。LMV通常表现为急性腹痛,伴有突然发作和弥漫性局限性。该病例表明,LMV 可能不具有典型特征,而是表现为肠系膜慢性持续出血和局部血肿组织,导致无痛性增长的腹部肿块。
