为进一步促进中外人员往来，中方决定扩大免签国家范围，对葡萄牙、希腊、塞浦路斯、斯洛文尼亚持普通护照人员试行免签政策。2024年10月15日至2025年12月31日期间，上述国家持普通护照人员来华经商、旅游观光、探亲访友和过境不超过15天，可免签入境。不符合免签条件人员仍需在入境前办妥来华签证。
To further promote cross-border travel, China decides to extend the visa-free policy to ordinary passport holders from Portugal, Greece, Cyprus and Slovenia on a trial basis. From October 15, 2024 to December 31, 2025, ordinary passport holders from these four countries can be exempted from visa to enter China and stay for no more than 15 days for business, tourism, family visit and transit purposes. Those who do not qualify for visa exemption are still required to obtain a visa to China before entering the country.
