Got Photos of Beijing’s Autumn Colors? Share Them With Us!

The temperatures are dropping and the leaves are turning from green to red, gold, and yellow across Beijing – autumn has arrived in the capital. Before it turns from autumn to winter, though, we’d like to see your best snapshots of all those autumn colors – and autumn vibes – to include in our next Readers’ Photos series!


Be it the ginkgo trees in Zhongshan Park or the red hues blanketing the Fragrant Hills, so long as they’re clearly taken here in the capital – getting some obvious Beijing landmarks in the shot usually helps – you’re welcome to share them with us. You can read this post for ideas of where to go and can see some examples below.

Whether you’re a professional photographer or just take a few snapshots here and there, we’re looking to see the best photos of Beijing in autumn. In turn, we’ll share it with fellow readers!


How to Submit

1. Simply join our dedicated photography WeChat group. To join, simply add TBJButler (WeChat ID: TBJButler or scan the QR code below) and ask to be added to “Best of Beijing in Photos”

2. Once you've been added, you can upload a favorite photo you took in Beijing and then write a short introduction to the photo.

3. Share it on your WeChat moments, mention the Beijinger and invite your friends to like your pictures.
