Yu Gong Moves the Mountains 愚公移山
Once upon a time, there was an old man named Yu Gong. He lived with his family behind two big mountains. It took them a long time to walk around the mountains to get to other places.
从前，有位老人叫愚公。他和家人住在两座大山后面。他们要绕过山去其他地方得花费很长时间。
Yu Gong said, “We must move these mountains to make our lives better.” His family agreed. They started to dig the mountains with shovels.
愚公说：“我们必须移走这些山，让生活变好。”他的家人都同意了。他们开始用铲子挖山。
A man laughed at them, saying, “You're too old. It's impossible.” But Yu Gong replied, “I have sons, and they'll have sons. We'll keep going.”
一个人嘲笑他们，说：“你太老了，这不可能做到。”但愚公回答：“我有儿子，他们还会有儿子。我们会一直干下去。”
Day after day, they worked hard. Their spirit moved the gods. The gods helped them move the mountains away.
