Our client is a Dubai based architectural firm specializing in the design of high-end luxury residences, hotels and mix-used. Currently, they are seeking Architecture Design Director/Associate Design Director/Design Associate with 10-18 years of experience, mainly generating and managing pre-concept and concept design, able to lead 1-5 projects concept design stage.

Requirements:
10-18+ years experience, Demonstrated Concept Design experience and focus through his/her career, can lead 1-5 projects’ Concept Design stage
Passion about design/idea generation
Proven ability to lead teams through numerous Competitions and Concept Designs
Enjoy leading and coaching junior team members
Good presentation/communication skills
High-end Residential design experience needed. Hospitality and Mix-Used a plus
Good hand sketching ability
Software: SketchUp or Rhino a must; Grasshopper, Revit, etc. a plus.
Salary：
- 27-55k AED（54000-110000RMB） per month after tax
Working Visa & Health Insurance:
- Working visas and health insurance (covering the UAE and most of the world with limited/reduced USA cover) for the employee.
Annual Leaves:
- 22 working days.
Relocation:
- Will provide and arrange the employee’s accommodation in Dubai as 1st week hotel room stay. After that week employees are to provide their own accommodation.
Office Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday-Thursday and 9.00am to 3.30pm Friday, with 30min daily break for lunch.
- Overtime if required is unpaid. We are good at planning work, employee to expect a 10-15% of monthly average overtime monthly, much less than the industry average.
