Target Students
1) Students whose qualification can not satify the entry requirements of the direct bachelor admission, such as no IELTS report, or academic transcripts are not good enough.
2) Students who plan to study preparatory courses in medicine.
Program Background
Even if students from some countries hold Duolingo Certificates while application, teachers find that their language abilities still may not good enough for medical study. Therefore, a one-year pre-medical course is going to be offered to strengthen students' language training before they can enter bachelor study.
The one semester pre-medical courses for the 2025 spring intake are likely not open to students of certain nationalities, as it has been found that some students may still have insufficient English proficiency after study. So if you plan to join our university without ielts/toefl, you'd better apply 2024 sep. intake one-year pre-medical, don't wait to apply 2025 spring one-semester pre-medical program which may not available for you in 2025.
And our university no accept direct BDS applicants from iran this year 2024, all BDS applicants from iran need to apply 2024 pre-medical first.
For iranian applicants, if you want to apply direct MBBS or other bachelor program like pharmacy/software engineering/civil engineering/international trade etc., you need to have toefl 82 or ielts 6.0 above (duolingo not working any more for iranian applicants) with CGPA 17+, written GPA 15+.(students from other countries can still use duolingo while apply)
