Oriental Wise Early Childhood Center (OWECC) is the first bilingual preschool center in Dubai, which is a subsidiary of Oriental Wise Education incorporated in 2012. Headquartered in Dubai with a branch in Shanghai, Oriental Wise Education is a pioneer and leading Chinese education entity mediating between China and the UAE. The entity's subsidiaries include Oriental Wise Educational Consultancy, Think First Learning Center and the newly established Oriental Wise Early Childhood Center in 2024.
Think First Learning Center is the largest Chinese training institute in Dubai with more than 350 students aged 6-16 years. Oriental Wise Early Childhood Center is a preschool offering bilingual education for children aged from 2.5 to 6 years old.
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and the UAE, OWECC nurtures confident and positive global citizens with both Chinese cultural heritage and international perspectives. The Early Childhood Centre aims to support children in an enriching and multilingual environment (English, Chinese, Mandarin, and Arabic) during their early childhood development. Through immersive teaching, we unleash children’s potential and maximize their cognitive development, which will benefit them not only in language acquisition but also in non-cognitive development and creativity development.
Our interactive English and Mandarin bilingual preschool education encourages children to explore their individual interests through our curriculum programme. Our classroom and curriculum also enable children to develop important literacy and numeracy skills with achieve school readiness.
The curriculum of OWECC focuses on three aspects: development of children's comprehensive abilities, development of children's personality, and development of children's creativity and thinking. OWECC adopts a method of penetrative teaching, infiltrating teaching objectives of three aspects in the daily lives of children, rather than arranging intensive teaching.
At OWECC, children have sufficient time to interact with a diversity of teaching aids, peers and adults. In this environment of spontaneous learning and interaction, children will naturally develop comprehensive abilities, such as attention, exploration, social competence and problem-solving skills. At the same time, we are very concerned about the development of children's virtues. Placing them in a beautiful environment of love, sharing, modesty, patience and honesty, we seize every education opportunity to help children build a good character. At OWECC, the teachers take advantage of various occasions in each day and corresponding courses to inspire children to form good thinking habits, so that they are willing to think, excel at thinking, and develop creative thinking.

▶️Combining the Chinese Kindergarten Curriculum (specifically, the Hangzhou Kindergarten Curriculum) with blended literacy content in Chinese, English, Arabic, Maths, etc., prepares students for entry into international schools in Dubai.

▶️ Daycare center offering all-day care from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. without extra charge.

Two semesters per academic year, tuition fees are paid per semester. The tuition fee information is as follows.
