二维材料:二维材料是一种由单层或少数层原子或分子构成的纳米材料,具有特殊的结构和性能。二维材料的厚度通常在纳米尺度以下,而长度和宽度则可以达到微米甚至毫米级别。最具代表性的二维材料有石墨烯、过渡金属硫化物、黑磷、拓扑绝缘体等。这些材料因其优异的力学、电学、光学、催化、传感等性能,引起了科学界和工业界的广泛关注和研究。二维材料在电子、光电子、能源、环境、生物医学等领域有着巨大的应用潜力和前景。
