朱怡女士拥有28年国际酒店品牌从业经验，拥有丰富的市场营销知识及成功的运营管理经验，作为雅高集团培育出的优秀管理人才，凭借丰富运营经验、富有远见的战略眼光和尊重多元文化的理念并鼓励员工创新的工作风格，朱怡女士2019年被任命为雅高大中华区首位女性区域总经理。此次履新前，朱怡女士担任雅高集团大中华区江苏区域总经理。

Recently, Accor Group has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Rolanda Zhu asthe General Manager of Raffles Hainan Clear Water Bay and Area General Manager of Hainan Accor China, taking overall charge of the operational partnerships and strategic development of the hotels.
With 28 years of experience in international hotel brands, Ms. Zhu possesses extensivemarketing knowledge and successful operation management experience, as she became the first female Area General Manager of Accor Greater China. Prior to this new appointment, Ms. Zhu served as Area General Manager of Jiangsu Accor China.
As an extraordinary leader who can rapidly respond to market trends in the travel and hospitality industry, Ms. Rolanda Zhu is the winner of multiple influential awards in hospitality industry including the 6th Golden Bottle Award for Best Professional Manager in the Global Hospitality Industry and the 2021 China Hotel Menduner Awards - Best Female Leadership of China. Outside of work, she is a travel lover, having explored numerous countries, and enjoys meeting new friends, staying curious to unlock destinations and keeping up with life’s trends.

近日，青岛海尔洲际酒店宣布任命徐华女士为酒店新任总经理，她将全面负责酒店的运营和管理工作，继续传承百年的洲际集团服务理念，为客人创造难忘的体验。
徐华女士是一位在酒店管理领域深耕超过24载的酒店人，2000年加入洲际酒店集团，其职业生涯始于餐饮服务前沿。此次履新前，曾担任北海银滩皇冠假日酒店总经理、北海银滩智选假日酒店总经理和张家口崇礼假日度假酒店总经理，她带领酒店多次获得取得了金龙奖、银龙奖等卓越的成绩。青岛海尔洲际酒店是她担任的第四个总经理职位。
徐华女士具有精深的专业知识和扎实的从业经验，其出色的能力必将会为青岛海尔洲际酒店注入更多创新思路和发展。她表示：“我十分期待带领我的团队一起探索创新，推动酒店的发展进步，并关注服务细节，保持服务的一致性，不断提升宾客的入住体验。”

InterContinental Qingdao has recently announced the appointment of Coco Xu as the hotel's new General Manager, who will be fully responsible for the hotel's operations and management, continuing the century-old InterContinental Group service philosophy of creating unforget table experiences for guests.
Coco Xu is a seasoned hotelier with over 24 years of working experience in the hotel management industry. She joined IHG in 2000, initiating her career at the forefront of Food & Beverage services. Prior to her latest appointment, she held the position of General Manager at Crowne Plaza Beihai Silver Beach, General Manager at Holiday Inn Express Beihai Silver Beach, and General Manager at Holiday Inn Resort Zhangjiakou Chongli. Under her leadership, the hotels achieved remarkable successes, including winning Golden Dragon Awards and Silver Dragon Awards multiple times. Coco Xu now assumes her fourth General Manager position at InterContinental Qingdao, marking another milestone in her illustrious career.
Coco Xupossesses profound professional knowledge and solid work experience, and her outstanding abilities will undoubtedly inject more innovative ideas and development into InterContinental Qingdao. She expressed, "I am eagerly looking forward to leading my team in exploring innovation, driving the hotel's development and progress, and paying close attention to service details to maintain consistency in service, continuously enhancing the guest experience."

林芝华发智选假日酒店
总经理
林世刚于2024年9月1日正式任命为林芝华发智选假日酒店总经理。林世刚于2024年2月份加入林芝华发智选假日酒店担任运营总监一职，负责全面管理酒店。
在此之前林世刚曾任职多个品牌酒店重要岗位，如：洲际、安缦、万达、恒大、温德姆等，客房出身的他在酒店业20余年，曾参与过酒店筹备、运营管理等工作，也积累了丰富的酒店管理经验，在宾客满意度提升方面颇有见地、也在以往工作业绩中表现突出，希望在林芝华发智选酒店继续发光发热、再创佳绩。
Leon Lin was appointed as the General Manager of Holiday Inn Express LinZhi Airport on September 1, 2024. Leon Lin joined Holiday Inn Express LinZhi in February 2024 as the Director of Operations, responsible for the overall management of the hotel important posts.
Before this, Leon Lin has held positions in many brand hotels, such as InterContinental, Aman, Wanda, Evergrande Group, Wyndham etc. Born in the housekeeping department, he has been in the hotel industry for more than 20 years. He has participated in hotel preparations, operations and other work, and has accumulated rich experience in hotel management. He has insightful views on improving guest satisfaction and has performed outstandingly in previous job performances. It is hoped that he will continue to shine and achieve more excellent results at Holiday Inn Express LinZhi Airport.
