Keqiao's Digital Service Trade Picks Up Speed｜柯桥数字服务贸易跑出“加速度”

The reporter recently learned from the District Bureau of Commerce that from January to October this year, Keqiao District's digital service trade reached a total import and export volume of 1.303 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 97.5%. Exports accounted for 934 million yuan, marking a 297.7% growth compared to the same period last year. This surge underscores the rapid rise of Keqiao's digital service trade sector, an emerging industry.

记者近日从区商务局获悉，今年1至10月，柯桥区实现数字服务贸易进出口总额13.03亿元，同比增长97.5%，其中出口9.34亿元，同比增长297.7%。数字服务贸易这一新兴业态跑出“加速度”。

With the booming global digital economy, digital service trade has emerged as a major trend in international commerce and a new driver of economic growth. As a key player in the city's foreign trade, Keqiao has actively promoted digital service trade in recent years, building new competitive advantages in the global market.

随着全球数字经济的蓬勃发展，数字服务贸易正成为国际贸易发展的新趋势和未来贸易增长的新引擎。作为全市的外贸强区，近年来，柯桥正加速发展数字服务贸易，积极培育外贸新优势。

Foretek Smart System Technologies Inc. is a leading digital service trade enterprise in our district, specializing in providing digital solutions for specialized equipment to overseas markets such as Germany and Japan. This year, the company was selected as one of only six Provincial Pilot Bases for Digital Trade Standardization in Zhejiang for 2024.

"We are currently working on developing group and industry standards for the specialized equipment sector. This is an important step that will help local digital service trade companies 'go global'at a faster pace," said Shen Qirong, the company's founder.

福力达智控科技（浙江）有限公司是我区数字服务贸易的龙头企业，主要面向德国、日本等海外市场，为特种设备提供数字化解决方案。今年，公司还成功入围2024年度浙江省数字贸易标准化试点基地，全省仅6个。“目前，针对特种设备领域的相关团体标准和行业标准的准备工作已经在开展了，这是非常有意义的，有助于我们本土的数字服务贸易企业加速‘走出去’。”公司创始人沈琪荣介绍。

Since setting up operations in Keqiao just three years ago, Foretek's rapid growth has been strongly supported by the district's dedicated efforts to promote digital service trade. One key initiative is the creation of a dynamic pool of digital service trade enterprises, providing tailored support and ongoing guidance to both established export companies and businesses earmarked for cultivation. This program encourages the deep integration of digital technologies with traditional industries, with a particular focus on helping fabric R&D and new material companies expand capacity and extend their industrial chains, ultimately building a new framework for digital service trade. Since the beginning of this year, 23 new digital service trade enterprises have been established in the district.

Additionally, the district has rolled out the "Service Trade Policy Season" campaign to support and benefit businesses, conducting in-depth visits to businesses to explain preferential policies and support measures for digital service trade. These efforts help companies adjust their strategies promptly and unlock new opportunities for growth.

作为一家落地柯桥3年的新公司，“福力达”的快速成长离不开我区对数字服务贸易的用心培育。一方面，我区建立了数字服务贸易企业动态培育库，对实绩企业、拟培育企业进行精准帮扶、跟踪指导，推动数字技术与传统产业深度融合发展，重点引导面料研发、新材料等企业扩能延链，打造数字服务贸易发展新矩阵。今年以来，全区新增数字服务贸易企业23家。另一方面，我区开展了“服贸政策惠企服务季”活动，深入走访企业，解读数字服务贸易相关优惠政策、扶持方向等，指导企业及时调整发展战略，帮助企业提升发展空间。

To support the rapid growth of digital service trade enterprises, the district has actively created external promotion platforms to help businesses "go global". This year, Keqiao successfully hosted the 5th China Shaoxing Keqiao International Textile Trade Service Exhibition, along with four sub-events, including an AI forum and a service provider matchmaking session, offering local enterprises a professional international platform. Meanwhile, our district has also actively encouraged and supported enterprises in participating in various international service trade exhibitions, helping them explore business opportunities and build partnerships.

为了让数字服务贸易企业快速成长，我区还积极打造对外推介窗口，助力企业“走出去”。今年，我区成功举办第五届中国绍兴柯桥国际纺织贸易服务展览会，配套AI论坛、服务商对接会等4场子活动，为区内企业搭建专业化国际平台。同时，我区还积极组织企业参加各类国际性服务贸易展会，助力企业觅商机、寻合作。

"Moving forward, we will deepen our connection with local businesses through more in-depth visits, listen to their needs, and continue building a business-friendly environment that supports innovation in digital service trade," said a representative from the District Bureau of Commerce."We will also work to strengthen the integration of digital service trade with traditional industries, accelerate the global expansion of local businesses, and inject fresh momentum into the district's traditional export sector."

“接下来，我们将进一步深入走访企业，听取企业心声，持续打造有利于数字服务贸易创新发展的营商环境，同时进一步加强数字服务贸易与实体产业的融合发展，加快行业企业‘走出去’的步伐，为传统外贸出口带来新的动能。”区商务局相关负责人说。
