为了加强海外业务能力建设,以全球化人才成就全球领先,TCL实业聚焦海外人才“请进来”,正式启动“火种战士请进来”项目。经过优选的海外人才们在9月10日齐赴深圳,将在半年的时间内完成针对性训战。在此过程中,他们将深入了解TCL文化,在中国寻找本土业务问题的解决方案,并参与能力建设项目,以战代训,将TCL文化内化于心,并作为“文化火种”在当地国家传播。
项目聚焦海外人才请进来,旨在通过“1+N”双模式(1:文化宣贯,增强认知;N:以战代训,赋能业务)训战点燃文化星火,加强海外学员文化感知,以战代训促进中国与海外业务最佳实践交流,解决业务痛点。
来自LABG、EUBG、NABG、APBG、MEABG、LA&AP CBC、EMEA CBC、泛智屏BU制造中心,涵盖巴西、英国、美国、印度尼西亚、迪拜、法国、越南等11个国家20余名“火种战士”们完成了为期两天的参访游学与团队赋能活动。

TCL液晶产业园
“火种战士”们在液晶产业园的参访中深度接触了TCL最前沿的mini-led技术、TCL智屏等领先行业的科技产出,对公司卓越的科技硬实力和文化软实力有了更深入的了解。
“火种战士”们在工厂参访中见证了生产制造流水线的精准与高效,环环相扣的产线流程与机械化操作展现了TCL不凡的制造能力。
TCL电商基地
“火种战士”在TCL电商MCN切身体验了一把“直播卖货”的乐趣。他们争相在镜头前展露自己的销售策略与直播技巧,过足了中国直播出海热潮的“主播”瘾。
文化交流
时值中华民族传统佳节中秋,项目组精心筹备了丰富多彩的文化交流活动。在对传统文化的沉浸式体验中,“火种战士”们切身感受中华文化的魅力,增进情感认同,体验历史之美。
开营典礼
TCL实业副总裁兼全球营销总经理江彪(以下称Bill)、TCL实业人力发展部总经理张荣升(以下称Sam)、TCL实业亚太营销本部总经理张国荣(以下称Griffin)等领导莅临现场,参与了隆重的项目开营典礼。
Bill认为“火种计划”重点旨在培养海外人才能力。作为关键岗位的优秀储备人才,应通过定制化作战计划,为实现TCL的全球化目标而努力。
Sam希望学员在中国团队寻找业务解决方案的同时提升自己的技能,回到local后传播TCL文化,在帮助TCL走向全球化、中高端市场占有率和全面突破方面发挥重要作用。
Griffin表示企业的发展不仅需要扎根本土,更需要放眼世界。开展“火种战士”项目,正是为了培养具有国际视野、深谙国内业务运营的全球化人才。
项目负责人金鹏老师对“1+N”的训战方案与推进计划进行深入解读,让“火种战士”们充分了解到自己在项目中的收获,更明晰自己的作战方向和任务。

伴随乐队的精彩表演,火种战士晚宴正式拉开帷幕。学员和嘉宾们在欢乐的气氛中品尝中国美食,热切交流。晚宴在“we will rock you”的歌声中走向高潮,“火种战士”们纷纷展示出自己不凡的才艺与实力,呈现出独属TCL员工的活力与热情。

团队融合
“火种战士”们在教练的带领下体验了独特的团队破冰活动“Dark Mirror-黑镜”。通过搭建完全陌生的环境场域,打破学员的惯性,并通过特殊的布置使之快速回归内在反思。
学员们佩戴眼罩于纯黑的环境中共同完成一系列复杂的操作,在协作中克服困难与慌张,拥抱未知。
在三个半小时的“黑镜”体验后,学员们与现实工作中的情景进行结合,通过复盘反思明晰未来领导力的发展方向,培养团队精神。
战略解读
TCL战略与投资部高级经理罗曦从不同角度概述了TCL实业的发展战略与全球化战略。
TCL提出了品牌价值、运营效率、科技驱动、组织活力四个方向的策略规划,旨在打造值得全球消费者信赖的中高端产品形象、领先的技术创新投资与充满活力的人才池。通过本土化培养人才、构建区域供应链,追求高质量的商业增长模式。
踊跃的互动提问环节过后,各位学员通过“理解、支持、融合”,更好地了解TCL实业的发展战略及全球化战略,提升团队工作效率,促进文化交流。

企业文化工作坊
系统性学习TCL企业文化后,“火种战士”们通过工作坊学习了教练技术并模拟了文化课程的讲解。
Leon、Evelyn、Joe作为代表分别进行课程模拟,展示了本组对于TCL文化“DNA”及发展历程的理解。
“火种战士”们即将开始“一人一策”的 “N”部分训战,与所属职能线的同事通力合作,在实战中探索业务问题的解决方案,并深入参与所属职能线的能力建设项目。

In order to strengthen overseas business capacity and achieve global leadership, TCL officially launches the Kindle Warriors Project by focusing on overseas talents. The carefully selected overseas talents gathered in Shenzhen on September 10 and will complete targeted training and combat exercises within six months. They will gain an in-depth understanding of TCL culture, find solutions to local business problems, and participate in capacity building projects to internalize and spread TCL culture as “cultural spark”.
Kindle the flame, lighten the future. With the power of sparks, gather talent pioneers. From September 11th to 12th, the two-day "1" part activities of TCL Industries "Kindle Warriors" Project came to a successful conclusion.
"Kindle Warriors" Project focuses on inviting overseas talents, aiming to ignite the cultural spark through the "1+N" mode(1: Cultural publicity and cognition enhancement; N: Enhance business capabilities through practice) training and practice, strengthening the cultural perception of overseas talents, promoting the exchange of best practices between China and overseas business through engagement in real work, and solve business pain points.
More than 20 Kindle Warriors from LABG, EUBG, NABG, APBG, MEABG, LA&AP CBC, EMEA CBC, and Pan-Smart Screen BU Manufacturing Center,and from 11 countries including but not limited to Brazil, United Kingdom, United States, Indonesia, Dubai, France, and Vietnam completed a two-day study tour and team empowerment activities together.
Day1 Visit and Study Tour
TCL LCD Industrial Park
During the visit to the LCD Industrial Park, the "Kindle Warriors" experienced TCL's most cutting-edge mini-led technology, TCL smart screen and other industry-leading scientific and technological outputs, and had a deeper understanding of the company's excellent scientific and technological hard power and cultural soft power.
The "Kindle Warriors" witnessed the accuracy and efficiency of the production and manufacturing line during the factory visit. The interlocking production line process and mechanized operation demonstrated TCL's extraordinary manufacturing capabilities.
TCL E-commerce Base
The "Kindle Warriors" experienced the fun of live broadcast in TCL E-commerce MCN. They competed to show their sales strategies and live broadcasting skills in front of the camera, and felt the joy of acting as e-commerce live-streamers in China's live broadcast upsurge.
Experience the culture
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the project team prepared a variety of cultural activities. In the immersive experience of traditional culture, the "Kindle Warriors" felt the charm of Chinese culture, enhanced emotional identities, and experienced the beauty of history.
Opening ceremony
Mr. Bill Jiang, Vice President of TCL Industries and General Manager of Global Marketing Center, Mr. Sam Zhang, General Manager of Human Resource Development Department of TCL Industries, Mr. Griffin Zhang, General Manager of the Asia Pacific Business Group of TCL Industries, and other leaders came to the scene and participated in the grand opening ceremony of the project.
Mr. Bill Zhang said he believes that the focus of the "Kindle Warriors"project is to develop the abilities of overseas talents. As excellent talents in key positions, they would need to work harder to achieve TCL's globalization goal through customized combat plans.
Mr. Sam Zhang said he hopes the trainees will improve their professional skills while seeking business solutions with Chinese colleagues, spread TCL's culture after returning to the local area, and play an important role in helping TCL's globalization, mid-to-high-end market share and comprehensive breakthroughs.
Mr. Griffin Zhang said the development of enterprises needs to be rooted not only in the local area, but also in the world. The "Kindle Warriors" project is designed to nurture global talents with an international perspective and a deep understanding of domestic business operations.
Mr. Hitter Jin, the project leader, gave a deep interpretation of the "1+N" training and practice plan, so that the "Kindle Warriors" could fully understand what they would gain from the project and be more clear about their direction and tasks.
Evelyn, Vera, and Benjamin shared their excitement about coming to China and their expectations for the "Kindle Warriors" project.
As messengers of cultural communication, more than 20 "Kindle Warriors" were awarded letters of appointment to Kindle Warriors, aiming to commend their outstanding contributions in the field of work, and expect them to contribute to TCL's overseas business development and spread TCL culture.

With wonderful band performance, the Kindle Warriors Dinner Party officially kicked off. The trainees and guests tasted Chinese food happily. The dinner culminated with the song "we will rock you", and the "Kindle Warriors" showed their extraordinary talents and strength, showing the vitality and enthusiasm of TCL employees.

Team integration
The "Kindle Warriors" experienced a unique team icebreaker activity "Dark Mirror" under the guidance by the coach. By building a completely unfamiliar environment, the trainees broke their inertia and quickly reflected through special arrangement.
The trainees wore blindfolds to complete a series of complex operations in a pure black environment, overcoming difficulties and panic in collaboration and embracing the unknown.
After the three-and-a-half-hour "Black Mirror" experience, the trainees combined with real-life situations to clarify the direction of future leadership development and cultivate team spirit through review and reflection.
Strategic interpretation
Mr. Jared Luo, the Senior Manager of Strategy and Investment Department outlined TCL Industries' development strategy and globalization strategy from different perspectives.
TCL proposes a strategic plan in four directions: brand value, operational efficiency, technology-driven and organizational vitality, aiming to create a mid-to-high product image worthy of the trust of global consumers, leading investment in technological innovation and a dynamic talent pool. TCL cultivates talents through localization, builds regional supply chains, and pursues high-quality business growth models.
After the enthusiastic interactive Q&A session, the trainees better understood the development strategy and globalization strategy of TCL Industries through "understanding, support and integration", improving the work efficiency of the team, and promoting cultural exchange and integration.
Corporate culture
Mr. Hitter Jin carried out corporate culture courses with the themes of "What is Culture", "TCL's Past and Present" and "TCL Cultural DNA".

Corporate Culture Workshop
After systematically learning TCL's corporate culture, the "Kindle Warriors" learned coaching techniques through the workshop and simulated the explanation of cultural courses.
Leon, Evelyn, and Joe, as trainees' representatives, conducted course simulations respectively, demonstrating the understanding of TCL's cultural "DNA" and development process.
The "Kindle Warriors" are about to start the "N" part of the practicing campaign. They will work together with their colleagues in their functional lines to explore solutions to business problems, and deeply participate in the capacity building projects of their functional lines.
