During the training, the "Eagle Warriors" took high-speed railway to the Wuhan Air Conditioning Factory. This modern industrial factory, integrating intelligence, sustainability, and digitalization, along with its efficient energy-saving silent fresh air technology and comprehensive AI smart home appliance models, showcased TCL's self-developed intelligent capabilities.


培训期间,“战鹰”们乘高铁奔赴武汉TCL空调器武汉智能制造产业园。集智能化、绿色化、数字化为一体的现代化工业园区与高效节能静音新风技术、全套系AI智能家电模型使战鹰们领略了TCL的自研智能化实力。


During the visit to the LCD Industrial Park, TCL's cutting-edge mini-LED technology and industry-leading products like TCL smart screens allowed the "Eagle Warriors" to experience TCL's exceptional technological prowess.


在惠州液晶产业园的参访中,TCL最前沿的mini-led技术、TCL智屏等领先行业的科技产出,令“战鹰”们感受了TCL卓越的科技硬实力。



The "Eagle Warriors" experienced the fun of "live-stream selling" during their visit to TCL's E-commerce base. They showcased their sales strategies and live-streaming skills as "Global Top Sales", immersing themselves in the dynamic atmosphere and team enthusiasm of E-commerce.


“战鹰”们在TCL电商MCN参观时亲身体验了“直播卖货”的乐趣。展露自己作为“全球销售精英”的销售策略与直播技巧,感受电商的作战氛围和团队热情。



By visiting the TCL CSOT T2 exhibition hall and factory, known for "intelligent manufacturing, highest efficiency, and leading products", the "Eagle Warriors" gained in-depth insights into TV production processes, semiconductor photovoltaics, and silicon wafer components. They further appreciated TCL's advanced smart manufacturing concepts and its exceptional "intelligent manufacturing" capabilities.


通过参观“智能制造、效能最高、产品领先”的TCL华星T2展厅及工厂,“战鹰”们深入了解TV制作工艺、半导体光伏及硅片组件等产品,进一步感知TCL智能制造的先进理念及敢为不凡的“智造”能力。

Understanding Technology, Interpreting Strategy


Daniel Sun, CTO of TCL Industries, delivered a lecture on "TCL Products’ Cutting-edge Technology" to the "Eagle Warriors". The continuous updating and iteration of products and technologies are key for companies to gain core competitiveness in the market. Digital industrial transformation is a focal point for enterprises to upgrade their industries and build intelligent systems in today's era. The rapid iteration of technologies such as AIGC, LLM, and cloud computing is accelerating the restructuring of the intelligent industrial ecosystem and leading the wave of technological revolution. Enterprises must pursue multi-modal, diverse, and highly efficient intelligent technology development.


TCL实业首席技术官孙力为“战鹰”们讲授《产品黑科技》。产品与技术的更新迭代是企业在市场浪潮中获取核心竞争力的关键。数字化产业转型更是当今时代企业进行产业升级与智能化建设的重点。AIGC、LLM大语言模型、云计算等技术的迭代加速智能产业生态重构,引领科技革命浪潮。企业必须追寻多模式、多样化、高效能的智能技术发展。

In the field of intelligent display, TCL is guided by cutting-edge technology and has developed advanced technologies such as Micro LED and waveguide optical engines. This has led to the production of products like Mini-LED TVs, which offer "wide viewing angles, true colors, eye comfort, and augmented reality," positioning TCL as a leader in the industry. In the area of smart connectivity devices, TCL builds a comprehensive smart home ecosystem through CPE and TCL Connect. In the realm of native AI hardware, TCL develops RayNeo AR glasses using multi-modal interaction and high-brightness waveguide technology. Additionally, in the White Household Appliance such as air conditioners and refrigerators, TCL actively incorporates new technologies like AI control and AI energy-saving systems, once again demonstrating its innovative spirit and advanced product technologies.

Mr. Jared Luo presented "Interpretation of TCL Industries' Strategy", outlining TCL's development and globalization strategies from various perspectives. TCL proposes a strategic plan in four directions: brand value, operational efficiency, technology-driven and organizational vitality, aiming to create a mid-to-high product image worthy of the trust of global consumers, leading investment in technological innovation and a dynamic talent pool. TCL cultivates talents through localization, builds regional supply chains, and pursues high-quality business growth models.


罗曦带来《TCL实业战略解读》,从不同角度概述了TCL实业的发展战略与全球化战略。TCL提出了品牌价值、运营效率、科技驱动、组织活力四个方向的策略规划,旨在打造值得全球消费者信赖的中高端产品形象、领先的技术创新投资与充满活力的人才池。通过本土化培养人才、构建区域供应链,追求高质量的商业增长模式。


The "Eagle Warriors" better understood the development strategy and globalization strategy of TCL Industries through "understanding, support and integration", improving the work efficiency of the team, and promoting cultural exchange and integration.

Mr. Jason Pan delivered a course on "Corporate Culture: Perception and Lineage". Over its 43-year journey, TCL has undergone four transformations, steadily advancing in globalization and digital transformation. TCL actively embraces change, encourages diversity, and strives for excellence, aiming to become a global leader in smart technology. The "Eagle Warriors" will uphold the values of Change, Innovation, Accountability and Excellence, contributing their efforts in their roles.


潘纪方进行了《企业文化:感知-传承》课程讲授。TCL在43年的发展历程中经历了四次变革,在全球化与数字化转型升级的道路上坚实迈步向前。TCL积极拥抱变革,鼓励多元,敢为不凡,致力于成为全球领先的智能科技公司。“战鹰”们将坚持变革、创新、当责、卓越的价值观,在工作岗位上贡献自己的力量。



During the sharing part, the "Eagle Warriors" actively shared their stories about how they implement TCL's cultural DNA and values in their work.


交流环节中,“战鹰”们积极分享自己在工作中落实TCL文化基因与价值观的故事。


营销实训  赋能研讨

Sales Training, Empowerment Discussions


Mr. Zheng Xu shared practical sales skills with the "Eagle Warriors" through the "Channel Management" course. The sales side should construct a channel management map in three stages by gathering information on business formats, channel retail customers and value chains, and transaction models to make efficient market decisions. The "Eagle Warriors" practiced the channel management model through group discussions, engaging in information collection and customer management feedback simulations, gaining valuable insights.


徐峥以《渠道管理》课程向“战鹰”们进行营销技能实训分享。销售端应以构建三阶段构建渠道管理图的方法,通过收集业态信息、渠道零售客户及价值链信息、交易模式信息,做出高效市场决策。“战鹰”们以分组讨论的模式实践渠道管理模型,进行信息收集、顾客管理反馈模拟,收获满满。



Mr. Yunli Wang introduced the "Eagle Warriors" to building retail management capabilities through the "Retail Management" course. This involves establishing frameworks, processes, resources, and team building, with "retail" serving as a link to provide excellent products and consumer services. TCL improves overseas retail outcomes and enhances store profitability conversion through the SO/SI dual-drive mechanism.


王允利以《零售管理》课程向“战鹰”们介绍了如何打造零售管理能力:通过搭建框架、流程及资源、搭建团队等,“零售”作为链路提供着卓越的产品与消费者服务。TCL以SO/SI双驱动机制改善海外零售成果,提升门店盈利转化能力。



Mr. KC Yee and Mr. Peng Qian, who have provided management consulting for Fortune 500 companies like IBM and SSA, conducted the "Leading Strategy Into Action" workshop. They combined frameworks and case studies to break down the steps from strategy to action for the "Eagle Warriors",  focusing on strategy interpretation, the STEPED strategic model, and strategy execution.


曾为IBM、SSA等世界五百强企业进行管理咨询的KC Yee与钱蓬带来《从战略到行动》工作坊,将框架和案例相结合,从战略释义、STEPED战略模型及战略执行三方面为“战鹰”们拆解从战略到行动的落地步骤。


As "Global Top Sales", they need the ability to win decisively and be highly self-driven. The technological era drives changes in market trends and sales approaches. Through building thought frameworks and finding the "winning" formula, the "Eagle Warriors" engaged in discussions on enhancing cognitive levels, clarifying work goals, and transforming strategic guidance into actionable work plans. The instructors shared their rich experience in transforming strategy into action, helping the "Eagle Warriors" analyze sales strategies and market trends for high-efficiency, high-quality delivery in their future work.


作为“全球销售精英”,需具备敢赢善战的能力与高效的自我驱动。科技时代的发展也驱使市场风向与销售思路变化。通过现场搭建思维框架、寻找“必赢”密码,“战鹰”们就如何提升思维认知水平、明确工作目标、将战略指导转化为工作行动指南进行了热切讨论。二位老师以丰富的经验传授从战略到行动的转化之道,助力“战鹰”们分析销售策略及市场趋势,在未来工作中进行高效率、高质量交付。
